Location was excellent , it was near the place of work we came for and near to the Metro, sky train and 2 shopping malls the Central and Union mall. There was a little 7-eleven shop right near the hotel. Staff were very efficient and helpful

We stayed for over 2 months at the hotel but we didn't get any special treatment as far as the pricing is concerned. We booked another room for almost 36 nights for my daughter but the price was normal rate. The cleanless of the rooms was not good enough. The 2 rooms we booked were full of small aunts and we informed them about that but they just brought insects spray which wasn't effective. The WiFi quality was bad and we had to change our room to get better quality WiFi. They then connected us to a special WiFi but still wasn't speedy enough. The rooms were overlooking the main road and the noise of motorbikes throughout the night was very very disturbing . They could have had better sound proofing on the windows.

Everything was in top service and quality. Very nice swimming pool.

Emplacement très bien à côté du métro et métro aérien. Chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner correct, piscine bien, personnel accueillant, literie ok sauf oreiller. Propre, ménage ok tous les jours.

Emplacement, chambre, piscine, salle de fitness Personnel souriant Proche des transports publics (BTS + Metro) et de quelques centres commerciaux, ainsi que du marché du week-end de Chatuchak (raison de notre choix)

Le niveau d'anglais du personnel semblait limité. Le petit-déjeuner aurait pu être de meilleure qualité : viennoiseries caoutchouteuses, oeufs froids, peu de fruits, thé pas appétissant (dépôts)
