C’était indiqué, mais fournir du savon serait vraiment apprécié. Aussi, on nous demande de faire la vaisselle mais sans linge pour essuyer ni pour laver. Une seule coupe pour le vin. Ça prendrait un meuble pour poser les bagages.

The location was amazing and within walking distance to near by restaurants, parks and attractions.

The bed was a too small for 2 average size individuals.

No breakfast. location was excellent.

No shower soap or dish cloths.

Booking shows check-in from 3-11pm When I requested check-in to be put off via booking app, I got a reply that I don't qualify for proper (see pictures)

Easy to find in a very quiet location, yet right on - overlooking - the Rideau Canal (cruise access was a bonus). Free Wi-Fi, ample free parking spaces, close to stylish and classy restaurants. Pristine clean and highly practical; the unit is an apartment with everything in it. And it has a full featured gym at ground floor. When staying in Ottawa/Gatineau will check this first for availability. A definite 10/10. Thank you.

It was clean, quiet and the bed was good.

It was listed as a 1 BR apt. It was a motel room with a small fridge and table. There was no separate bedroom and nowhere to sit except the kitchen table. Our room was changed before we arrived, supposedly because of a plumbing issue, but someone was staying in that room. We tried to contact management to no avail. I feel the rooms are misrepresented as 1BR apartments and the management is unavailable. We stayed 3 nights and wanted a real apartment. It would be fine for an overnight stay.

Verry warm room, confortable and calm. The wifi is fast for a hotel.

The table in the kitchen is a little bit too small to work
