The hotel is located near the centre of town and is in a great spot. Easy walk to all pubs and restaurants. Staff are very helpful. We were dr ing and it is in a great spot to drive the Ring of Kerry.

On our final night there were noisy occupants in the room above us. Because this is an old building they were very load and kept us awake until late in to the night.

We booked a junior suite for 2 nights. The room was located on the street side which was quite noisy with the road and foot traffic if you left the windows open however closing the window blocked out the majority of noise. The room was spacious, but I wouldn’t say the decor is modern it had more of an antique feel to it. The walls are quite thin so you could hear the guests in the room next door. Breakfast is cooked to order and we loved the traffic light posters advising guests of the quiet and busy times. A central location, no parking on site but a public car park a short walk to the hotel costing €3 for 24 hours or free on Sundays and public holidays.

The wi-fi was ridiculously slow when it actually worked. No face washers in the room but a call to reception quickly resolved that.

Lovely breakfast and excellent service. Fabulous fresh coffee.

It was a little strange, there was a buffet set-up but it was table service only, I totally understand that this reduces waste and speeds turnaround time but it felt a little pressured.

The location was brilliant. You are in the centre of town and close to the amenities. The room was very clean with modern decor. Elemis toiletries in the bathroom with a jazucci bath. Breakfast was lovely and on time. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great pet friendly hotel. We would definitely return to this hotel.

You could hear other residents moving around at night and the mumbles of their conversations. We stayed in a pet friendly room which was lovely however the patio area (although secure from the road) was not fenced off which meant that the dogs could roam free to other patio areas when unattended.
