Clean modern rooms.lady at reception was so helpful and lovely from check in to check out. Location was ideal literally minutes walking distance into the centre of Killarney. Couldn’t have asked for better. Freshly cooked brekkie in the morning was an absolute bonus also.

Nothing was perfect

The breakfast was simple and delicious, with a good range of choices. Overall the room was big and clean apart from the mugs in the room. The extractor fan in the bathroom worked quite quickly. The curtains were thick and blocked the sunlight. Toiletries were provided with two towels per person. Coffee, tea, milk, sugar and biscuits were complementary in the room. All channels on the tv worked.

Mugs in the room weren’t clean. There is no hook to hang the towel in the bathroom when showering. There is only a short window for breakfast, (8am-9:45am). The hairdryer in the room was faulty. The shower can get a bit slippy if your not careful.

Anne Marie was amazing on reception two people couldn’t make the trip last minute and Anne Marie was amazing in helping us rearrange the booking and was so helpful and kind throughout the entire stay. The hotel was in an amazing location to the town centre of Killarney and was impeccable

Hotel is short walk into town with many shops and restaurants. My room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely.

Lovely view of the garden from the nicely decorated breakfast and sitting rooms. Delicious breakfast.

Our room was spacious and clean but the decor was dull brown and the lamps and wall hangings were not modern nor traditional vintage Irish. It was not attractive at all.

Really central location to everything, an easy walk into town. Staff are lovely and there's a great breakfast every morning!
