Zimmer sauber, angenehm "groß", alles, was man braucht, aber auch nicht mehr (!) Lage des Hotels für den Stadtteil günstig, großzügige Parkgarage, das Frühstück war reichhaltig, die Qualität war ok.

Zusammenspiel Buchungssystem Booking.com und Hotel funktionierte nicht. Wir wurden kurz vor dem Aufenthalt vom Hotel angerufen und für den 1. Tag unserer Übernachtung nach Potsdam umgebucht, bevor wir das urspünglich gebuchte Hotel in Berlin beziehen konnten. Das erste Hotel in Potsdam war von den Zimmern her nicht auf dem Stand wie das Berliner Haus. Unsere Zimmer waren in Potsdam nicht in der gebuchten Anzahl vorgehalten worden. Es war chaotisch. Die Umgebung ist dafür sehr schön. - Im Hotel in Berlin war dann alles wie gewünscht und so waren wir am Ende einigermaßen versöhnt. Aber hier hätte ich mehr Kulanz als einen süßen Snack im Zimmer erwartet. Wir haben für die Übernachtungen den vollen Preis bezahlt. - Waschbeckenabfluss im Bad lief fast nicht mehr ab.

Fantastisk frukost. Nära till restauranger, butik, café och t-bana. Lugnt och grönt område.

Heltäckningsmatta i rummet kändes inte så fräscht. Damen vid incheckningen var ingen ”muntergök” Kanske bara hade en dålig dag.

Geweldig ontbijt! Kwaliteit van een vijf sterren hotel. Ook is de metro 4 minuten lopen van het hotel en dan ben je zo in de stad.

Staff at check-in was extremely rude. By accident, I had paid the room twice beforehand by card.. the person on duty at the check-in implied I was stupid that I had done this. Completely uncalled for.

Next to University, nice breakfast

Room was extremely hot and couldn't open windows, air conditioning wasn't working properly. Couldn't sleep all night.

The room had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. Climate of the room was perfect. Location was perfect given I was visiting to work on campus at the university. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

The room was not as clean as I hoped. The floor had quite a few stray hairs and was a bit dusty. The check-in staff were not very personable or friendly. I didn't feel very welcomed. In my booking, it was communicated to me that I would be able to pay for lunch and dinner too, but the restaurant was unfortunately closed on my arrival.

The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was pretty bad. And the staff running it was almost a joke.

The shower was not as clean as I had hoped (chalky floor). A pair of slippers would have been nice, since we did not want to walk around in sock or shoes

The place is enveloped in a nice energy due to complex it is a part of, we do love it. The location is exceptional, quite and away from traffic yet with all facilities. The staff is professional and ready to help when ever needed.

The breakfast is really superb and the view over the espaliers is breathtaking. The one thing we didn't like at all, was the way the restaurant/cafeteria staff behaved. It was stressful, noisy and the gentleman employee told every one that they close at 10 AM he did så from about 09.20, 09:30 afterwards, the looked and pointed at his watch while walking around. we felt unwelcome. No doubt tha they rather have us out than in.

shower floor with stains, molds in edge of shower , room too cold esp at night, air condition / radiator not working properly to increase temperature. obviously temperature was automatically decreased in the night as it became warmer after 8:00. asked for additional blanket for the night which never arrived.

The breakfasts are great.

The WiFi system is badly in need of updating. My phone kept losing the WiFi connection. E.g. if I went out and came back, it wasn't configured so my phone would reconnect and I had to re-enter the code manually. Worse: they change the code (password) every week. And if, like me, you happen to be checking out on the day after the code changes and forget to change the code the previous night then you are prevented from having WiFi on the morning of checkout day. (The system thinks you are ineligible even though you don't have to leave until 11am.
