Apartment was a bit hot, pillows were strange.

I loved the location. the 24/7 store downstairs was excellent.

I would have liked a few more towels.

Really central location, apartment was really spacious and was to a good standard.

We had problems with the thermostats in the bedrooms so it was quite warm on a night.

Very good apartment at an excellent location. Alexanderplatz is an excellent location for visiting Berlin. Train station, underground and bus next to you. Restaurants and a cheap supermarket. The apartment was spacius, very comfortable for a family of 4. Has all the amenities that you want and it was clean.

Location is the best, close to all public tranportation and very close to Alexanderplatz, appartment is very clean and easy to find.

WiFi was poor!, and cell reception was poor as well, so a real problem.

Quick automatic check in procedure. Nice, comminucative and quick staff when we requested or asked something. Beautiful, clean, modern apartment. Comfortable beds and sofa bed (although the beds were 80cm).

Every extra hour of the check in is 15€. We missed some kitchen utililties, but they replaced inmediately coffe machine and toaster when we asked for it.

This apartment is big surprise to us 4 girls,very spacious, on the top floor, 3 big balconies, location is fantastic and walking distance to most of sightseeing places .

Great location for site seeing Berlin. Super close to public transportation. Apartment is in a high rise on the 10th floor so it stayed pretty cool even during the summer with the windows open. Perfect for our family of five for the Berlin visit.

The apartment was missing some of the stuff you find in standard Airbnbs styles stays like coffee, salt/pepper, bottle opener etc...

Our plane was delayed one day. Hosts responded immediately after being contacted.

Alexanderplatz where the appartement is located is a huge construction site. It was not possible to access the entrance of the building by car because right in front is a huge construction site. We had a lot of luggage and had to carry our suitcases a long distance around this construction site to access the entrance of the building.
