Das Zimmer und die Lage sind sensationell. Das Frühstück war ausgewogen und für Veganer bestens geeignet. Wir waren im Rahmen eines Konzertbesuches im RITZ. Positiv überrascht waren wir, als wir am Abend in das Hotelzimmer kamen und die Betten noch einmal frisch hergerichtet, frisches Wasser, kleine Süßigkeit, Slippers bereitstanden. Das Personal ist höflich, zuvorkommend und humorvoll. Bellboy Toni hat mit seiner positiven Art uns sofort im RITZ heimisch fühlen lassen. Ein Lob an das gesamte Servicepersonal, die unerkannt einen tollen Job machen.

Loved everything, the room is well decorated and very spacious, the bathroom was big and well equipped, the service was wow. The breakfast was very accommodating to all types of eaters, and absolutely delicious. Had a delicious dinner at the amazing POTS hotel restaurant.

Obstplatte angegessen Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt - nur nach Aufforderung Zimmer stank nach Rauch Gepäckständer zusammengebrochen, mit der Folge einer Fußverletzung…

Frühstück war immer eine Freude, nicht nur wegen dem Angebot sondern wegen dem super Personal der Fahrstuhl war immer leer, trotz der vielen Etagen u. vielen Gästen im Haus das Hotel ht noch einen Concierge

Mir wurden zur Aktuellen Rechnung noch 16 Euro abgebucht. Ein Anruf ergab, das soll Benutzung der Minibar sein. Habe die Minibar aber nicht in nspruch genommen, das telefonisch auch betont, Ich hoffe auf Rücküberweisung.

My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, was deeply unsatisfactory. I had chosen this hotel for a good relaxation and rest, but the turn of events left me quite displeased. On the second day of my stay, I requested an additional day’s stay, which the front desk agreed to. However, in the afternoon, while I was taking a normal nap, my friend, concerned about my health, called the hotel twice to ensure my wellbeing( because I was too sleepy to pick up her phone). After the staff confirmed I was fine, for reasons beyond my understanding, I was abruptly asked to leave the hotel. What added to my dismay was the staff’s unhonest claim that my friend had called multiple times during the night and afternoon, disturbing the hotel. This was proven to be false upon verification, as there were only two calls she made. To my shock, upon check-out, I was informed that I had been blacklisted from the hotel, permanently barred from staying. And I want to clarify that during the stay I didn’t engage in any behavior that violated this hotel’s policies or rules. This approach was not only baffling but also lacked basic humanitarian compassion. I am extremely disappointed with the service and handling by The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, and would not recommend it to other guests looking for accommodation.

Sehr freundliches Personal beim Frühstück und an der Bar, schönes Zimmer, gute Lage.

Drei Tage lang ließ sich das Badezimmer in der "Deluxe Junior Suite" nicht erwärmen. Insgesamt 5 mal reklamierte ich den Zustand an der Rezeption, immer versprach man sofortige Abhilfe mit geschwülstigen Bekundungen tiefsten Bedauerns. Erst durch einen Elektroheizkörper, den ich für die letzte Nacht ins Zimmer gestellt bekam, konnte das Badezimmer erwärmt werden. Am Abreisetag bezahlte ich die Rechnung in bar. Trotzdem wurde am Folgetag, also innerhalb von 24 Stunden, meine Kreditkarte, die ich hinterlegt hatte, belastet. Wieder wurde meine telefonische Reklamation mit vollmundigen Entschuldigungen durch den "Guest Experience Manager" erwidert, das sei alles nicht der Stil des 5-Sterne-Hauses, man sei untröstlich, usw. Die Rückbuchung sei auch schon veranlasst worden. Bis heute, nach 7 Tagen, habe ich mein Geld nicht zurückerhalten. Ein Anruf bei meiner Bank bestätigte, dass bei gutem Willen eine Rückbuchung genauso schnell erfolgen sollte, wie die Belastung. In diesem Fall folglich innerhalb eines Tages. Nun wird es wohl einen Fall für meinen Anwalt werden. Und das alles in einem 5-Sterne-Haus. Unvorstellbar!

El alojamiento en si, el personal y la limpieza. Tanto la atención en recepción como de todos los empleados del hotel fue maravillosa, botones, personal de limpieza,… La habitación grande y muy cómoda . Cama, almohadas y ropa de cama de calidad.

Que en el desayuno del domingo la atención y la disponibilidad no fue la misma que los demás días ! No puede decaer la calidad de un alojamiento como la de este hotel porque en el desayuno del domingo haya más gente.

Great experience, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the location is great, very close to the Brandenburg Gate and other tourist attractions.

The only downside was that during our stay a VIP guest showed up and things got very chaotic from that moment on. Service became slow, several security personnel were rounding the place and it made us feel watched and intimidated. There should be better procedures to separate VIP guests from the rest.

Smack dab in the middle, near plenty of restaurants, shops and historical sites. The location is brilliant, the staff and facilities were immaculate, and the room was stunning.

Staff couldn't be more accommodating. We had an amazing time. Would highly recommend. Decor was amazing. Curtain club cocktail bar was exquisite. Can't fault the entire experience.

The pool could have been a bit bigger.....but it is advertised as "splash". Nothing else that I would consider changing.
