They took a deposit and haven’t returned it. They don’t respond to messages, they don’t want to deal with the problem. on the receipt they wrote that they charged 85 euros from my card for the garage. although we did not use any garage and did not order this service. we arrived by train and took a taxi.

Excellent rooms n breakfast .Amazing service Good location in a posh and secure area with consulates and all major 5 stars around. Special mention about Alberto at the reception for his warm welcome and helpful attitude.

Only slight negative was breakfast, ran out of almost everything on a Sunday morning. Other days it was absolutely fine.

Na plus: Dobra lokalizacja. Ładny wystrój. Wygodne duże łóżka.

Problem: Personel recepcji, wprowadzający w błąd i opryskliwie traktujący gości. Przed przyjazdem pytałem mailowo oraz przez wiadomość booking czy parking i pies są dodatkowo płatne. Na maila nie uzyskałem żadnej reakcji, na wiadomość booking otrzymałem pisemną odpowiedź że płatny jest parking. Nic na temat psa. Po przyjeździe na miejscu w recepcji Pan z obsługi zażądał od znajomych, którzy przyjechali z malutkim, spokojnym, niegubiącym sierści pieskiem opłaty 50 euro i żadne tłumaczenia o innej wcześniejszej informacji nie miały dla niego znaczenia (opłata została pobrana)

Tout est vraiment parfait ! Le quartier luxueux, le bâtiment parfaitement décoré, le hall magnifique les chambres vastes et le personnel attentif.

Rien ou peut-être une navette pour ce rapprocher du centre ou simplement aller à l’aéroport.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement....excellent accueil, confort absolu, notamment la literie, un petit déjeuner de qualité et très varié. Je n'ai pas pu tester le restaurant ...la.prochaine fois peut être ! Enfin un emplacement idéal pour visiter Berlin.

Das Schwimmbad und Saua ist dem Ambiente des Hotels abträglich! Schlechte Entlüftung und sehr klein egenüber der Hotelgröße!

We had been travelling from 2am, arriving at hotel at 1.30pm. We were so grateful staff let us check in early for a nap before exploring Berlin.. It was my birthday while away and we returned to our room to a bottle of sparkling wine on ice and some cake...very appreciated. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The lobby bar and other bar (26?) were lovely.

The breakfast cost 80 euros.

Es hat alles funktioniert, grundsätzliche Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Das Frühstück war gut, der Spa Bereich ist in Ordnung

Ausstattung teils sehr veraltet, Personal sehr kühl und distanziert

Super große Zimmer, sehr großes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot. Gute Lage, in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Potsdamer Platz.

Für ein so großes Hotel war der Saunabereich etwas zu klein.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön ausgestattet, das Frühstück grandios, das Personal ausgesprochen geduldig und freundlich, die Betten super bequem, die Ausstattung der Zimmer ausgesprochen komfortabel.

In der Nacht vom Samstag zu Sonntag fand eine Party im Erdgeschoss des Hotels statt, der Lärm dauerte bis in die Morgenstunden an und ließ uns (in der 3. Etage) nicht schlafen. In unserem Empfinden benahmen sich etliche der Gäste daneben, erschienen z.B. im Bademantel oder mit Bierdose zum Frühstück - da dürfte das sehr geduldige und ausnehmend freundliche Personal gern beherzter intervenieren.

Super freundliches Personal immer hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln. Sehr sauber, das ist richtig aufgefallen.

Wir waren im 6. OG und hier war’s sehr warm, selbst die Klimaanlage hat es nicht geschafft. Im Aufzugsbereich hat man den Pool gerochen, und die wärme richtig gespürt. Beim Frühstück gab es KEINE Nutella oder ähnliches. Zusätzlich war eine Asiatische Reisgruppe im Haus und das Buffet war teilweise wie ausgebombt, man kam auch nicht mit dem nachfüllen hinterher.

Oteli konumu güzelsi çalışanlar ilgildi. Sanırım kardeşimiz cemal çok ilgilydi.

Möblerna känns daterade, skulle behöva en make over. Inga varor i minikyl, lite långt till närmsta U-bahn. Stor frukostbuffé - men inte värd 30 euro/person. Ät bättre brunch på stan till halva priset.

Spa güzel, yatak geniş, oda büyük

1- Banyoda sadece küvet var, eşim duşta düştü kafası şişti, vücudunda morluklar oluştu. Banyo tehlikeli 2- oda da çok az priz var. İki tane aynı anda şarj edemesiniz yatak kısmında sadece 1 priz var. 3-aracınız yoksa taxsi kullanmak zorundasınız

The room was SO SPACIOUS and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. It was quiet and a great location to get to attractions around Berlin. There were always taxi's waiting out front, thought I hardly used them since there was also a convenient bus stop on the corner. I loved it!

Zentrale Lage, Frühstück

Buffet Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend vorhanden. Der Taxistand war immer gut besetzt.

Leider war die Sauna defekt und kein Ausblick vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr groß mit vielen langen Gängen.

Das Zimmer war muffig und vollkommen abgewohnt. Das Schlimmste aber war, dass ich die Dusche nicht benutzen konnte, weil der Dampf der Dusche einen Feueralarm ausgelöst hat. Das hatte zur Folge, dass ich mir gerade noch so ein Handtuch schnappen konnte und die Hotel Security schon fast im Zimmer stand. Erzählt der mir doch allen Ernstes, dass ich einfach nicht so heiß duschen soll!!!?? Als könnte ich etwas dafür, dass das Hotel ein technisches Problem hat. Eine absolute Frechheit! Ich buche mir doch kein Hotelzimmer um dann kalt duschen zu müssen! Vor lauter Angst, das könnte nochmal passieren, habe ich dann im Wellnessbereich geduscht. Wirklich peinlich für so ein Hotel! Als Entschädigung habe ich einen 30 € Gutschein für die Bar erhalten. Ach ja: bis jetzt ist die 100€ Kaution auch noch nicht zurück überwiesen worden… das wird noch Folgen haben, sollte ich diese nicht in den nächsten Tagen erhalten! Alles in allem eines der schlechtesten Hotels, die ich je besucht habe! Da gibt es in Berlin für sehr viel weniger Geld bessere Adressen, die noch dazu eine bessere Lage haben! Nie wieder!!!

Le personnel d'accueil est professionnel. Literie confortable. Chambre et salle de bain de bonne taille. Insonorisation très bonne sur l'intérieur et sans défaut pour l'extérieur. . Un très beau buffet pour le petit déjeuner.

Hôtel prétentieux avec un hall d'entrée gigantesque kitsch au possible, vraiment business center et sans aucun charme. Les chambres sont étonnamment vieillottes, avec une décoration faux acajou et pieds de lampes dorés...tellement...datée. En 2024, l'absence de robinet mitigeur n'est plus acceptable et franchement agaçant. N'espérez pas la moindre attention écologique ici: malgré notre rangement soigneux, nos serviettes de bain ont été changées chaque jour... Musak insupportable à la piscine et l'espace détente (vraiment crispant et pas du tout relaxant). Le personnel au petit déjeuner "transparent" (même le contact visuel est difficile à obtenir....est ce une consigne de la direction ? C'est très étrange en tout cas) et qui ne paraît pas comprendre qu'on puisse préfèrer infuser son thé dans un tea pot plutôt que dans un verre. En dehors du prix, je n'ai absolument pas compris la cotation 5 étoiles. À noter que l'hôtel est dans un "trou" de la maille du réseau de transport en commun et à 15mn environ du métro le plus proche (postdamer). En résumé: aucun intérêt

Only one restaurant choice, a steakhouse. Was another but it was closed. They seem to be refurbishing so hopefully this will change soon.
