Initially there were some issues but the staff and the manager did really everything to sort them out. It was an enjoyable stay after all.

Parking situation was not straightforward as reserved but nowhere to pull in and get details from reception of how to access parking so got a parking ticket. Main reason I chose this hotel was due to parking too! I would suggest a better system which would involve being able to pull in to the parking area by providing clear details and ring bell to downstairs parking on site and if unavailable at that time to be made aware then. We also found the hotel difficult to find as not clearly signposted we felt.

Helpful staff at checkin, comfortable bed, fridge in room, and a special birthday surprise.

The bathroom was very small and cheaply furnished. The shower was so tight I could barely turn around without hitting something.

the badroom is much too small. You cannot sit on the toilet because the sink is in the way. The shower is so small that you cannot move in it. I have asked for another room but they told me all bathrooms are similar. Who decided that such a small bathroom would work???

The locations is very close to the City of Science and Arts. The rooms are clean, then area is quiet, the reception staff are very friendly and welcoming

Large bed, big bathroom. Nice breakfast. Excellent staff.

Long waiting for breakfast as there is not enough space in the dining room. But staff are very helpful and provide a good service.

Our room was on a busy road. The bathroom is very small. We were upgraded to a bigger room but the sofa was made up as a bed so we couldn't use it.

Incredible helpful and friendly staff(and always from their initiative). Nice&clean rooms, balcony is quite big compared to other hotels. I need to mention the quality and diversity of choices for breakfast. Location (very close to City of Arts and Sciences, L'Oceanografic, not far from Ruzafa District).Good conection, buses for Historic Centre.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and staff friendly. Staff were able to speak my language and informative.
