The move to Best Western is a resounding success, everything is so much better, the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, you even get a complementary drink on your arrival, and they were so kind to throw in a breakfast even although we hadn't booked it. So very happy now with the Devoncove Best Western,

Couldn’t fault the property other than the very small car park

Nothing, our only issue was the room not been ready on arrival, we queued for 20 mins to be told it would be another half an hour wait for our room. Check in was meant to be 3pm this was now 4pm. We had booked this hotel to go to a concert which started at 5pm, delaying us would mean missing what we actually travelled to Scotland for. Once I complained about our situation a room was made available. Better organisation needed as the hotel had been booked for months and the staff were aware of two big concerts that night so should have had it all planned ready

In unserem Zimmer stank es wie in einer Frittenbude was ziemlich unangenehm war. Ebenso war es die ganze Nacht extrem laut, da irgendein Abluftrohr um 22.30 Uhr zu werken begann. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist definitiv nicht so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet.

Good location and plenty of friendly, helpful staff.

Nothing really, squeaky bedroom floor but that’s about it. Couldn’t fault the stay for the money.

Located very close to University of Glasgow. It was great for the purpose. Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable, tasty breakfast. Everything was good 👍

The water temperature was changing while having the shower/water wasn’t draining properly.

No cleaning during the whole stay, not enough towels as family room, check In late 25 mins after check in time, room in basement and have yo cross all the laundry room and other service areas..

There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling when the shower was running. The shower never managed to get warm, it was just luke warm. The sink plug was stuck shut. The breakfast was expensive for what it was.

Location was great, nice area, easy access to buses. Lovely places to eat nearby for breakfast and nice local bars.

It was pleasant. Hotel needs TLC.

It was close to the ovo hydro and the staff were lovely

No mini fridge and the bed was so lumpy and hard with bumps missing. Was so uncomfortable we struggled to sleep

Location in the west end of Glasgow is a great spot, loads of local shops and restaurants. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Traffic noise on front of the hotel was a little annoying but we live somewhere very quiet so not too much of a problem.

Terrible service, no soap in bathrooms. Terrible parking. No hair dryer. No sheets, just comforter Too busy watching Eurocup instead of serving us. And the shower leaked!

Little mix up with the rooms I booked. We were all given complimentary breakfasts for the trouble. Staff very friendly and apologetic.

Plastic sheet on bed made for a very hot and sweaty night! Reception desk was manned by young lads who were very pleasant but didn’t know what they were doing. No managers to be seen! Would recommend spending an extra tenner and staying next door at the Argyle Hotel.

The room was lovely, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely, also the Breakfast was great, good amount of choice.

we went downstairs for food at 5:30 as we had an hour till we have to leave for a concert. unfortunately we had to wait 50mins for our food. the staff were lovely, and helped to get it out. but the food was mediocre. The chips were cold, lasagne was bland with way too much cheese. we were compensated for our drinks and lasagne. I'm thankful that the staff were great.

Hardly anything at all! Would not recommend this sleazy hotel!

For starters they gave us the key to the wrong room, we found this out due to walking into the room with the couple staring at me! So embarrassing!! The shower and bed had hairs all over it! The cups in our room were dirty with tea stains still inside and around the rim. Breakfast was one of the most depressing experiences of my life and the corridors smelled of rodent crap. Walls are incredibly thin, this entire place felt like a cheap brothel, especially when they request a £100 temporary deposit!?? 'to ensure there are no damages.' Pay the extra £20 for a better hotel, believe me you don't want to stay here, it isn't worth the price!!
