Ordered Rib eye ,was tough as old boot from restaurant at front , wont be going there again !!

The aircon in the room was terrible, more like a fan than AC

I liked that we could easily walk to a couple of great restaurants. I liked the fact that the ocean was just across the road. Thank you for sending back the jacket to Australia, we really appreciate the effort you had to go to do that.

I would have liked to have been closer to the centre of town.

We have stayed here a number of times and love it The staff are very friendly,the rooms are modern and clean,the attached restaurant is definately a bonus. Plus an easy walk to the beach and city centre. We will be back.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Room had all the ammenities you would need. Bathroom well equipped and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and room was pretty quiet. All round a great affordable stay.

Air con units were a bit noisy at night but these switched off 9pm, so no major complaint there.

Terrible water pressure, long wait for hot water. Massive cracks in ceiling above shower. Very noisey air conditioning. Not enough car parks. Very expensive for what we got.

Noisy, noisy, noisy!!! People upstairs banged all night from 3am !!

Very handy to the city, shopping and cafes.

Bathroom door handle was faulty. Shower handle came off in my hand.

Very little because even though the Motel was fairly empty we were placed furthered from the car parking and in the very top level, level 2 and with a toddler OMG!

The Motel was advertised with a heated pool which is why we booked here. To our disappointment the pool was freezing cold and was being filled by cold hose even though it was an indoor oool. Check whānau before making the booking or don’t go back as will be the case with us. The plumbing was blocked and the hot water ran out after one of us showering. Huge disappointment. Reception staff had a can’t be bothered attitude.

Our room was elevated

Cyclone gabrielle!! Not once was there any sort of help or communication from the staff or owner! We were all visitors to Napier.

Due to the weather the only thing we did there was sleep, as of Tuesday morning the power went off. The location was close to the CBD but everything was closed due to no power.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned better as there was hair on the floor.

When we arrived we thought there would be a job when there wasn’t we asked at a reception and we’re given an electric pan , which worked perfectly
