The staff here are the best. They make you feel at home in here, and they were accommodating to all my requests. The apartments are nice and have a well stocked kitchen for cooking meals too. Heating was great, bedding was comfortable. For gym goers, staying here gets you access to the full gym next door.
Even if not for the staff, this place would have been great. But the staff here were the icing on the cake and made my stay here simply amazing. Would book this place again in a heartbeat.

The staff were friendly, the service was amazing
We had a little change in having to have a little child with us and the staff were able to accomodate with an extra bed. I rang right on when customer services was closing and yet the duty Manager rang me to arrange a time to bring the bed to our room...thank you so so much.
As we travelled for work, the days were long and coming back to our clean and comfortable room with a great bed and shower was wonderful!!! Having good sleeps was so important.
That I didn't get to stay longer :)

Nice historical building fitting well into the style of the town. The room was clean and comfy and the staff was very nice. It had everything we needed for a couple of nights and the location was super central.
The shower would have been better with a glass door rather than a curtain as the bathroom floor got pretty wet when showering.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was there as a room to stay and keep your bags in mainly.
They did not have pretty much any milk, it pays to bring one along if you're wanting drinks with milk in it throughout the stay. The shower also is one that likes to have water run into the whole of the bathroom and the floor gets extremely slippery because eof how well polished it is. Not much grip at all.

When making my booking, Ron, Front Desk, went out of his way to assist to ensure we had the room/apartment we wanted. He was engaging and welcoming when we arrived and our room was fabulous.
The only thing is that the full length mirror is on the inside door of the wardrobe and I had to giggle the TV to open the door fully so I can use the mirror - and then it was difficult. Perhaps move the mirror to the wall in the entrance so its accessible.

the showers could do with an upgrade, TV kept mucking up a bit, bed was on wheels which meant we kept bumping it out of the way which was a pain
