The host is helpful and understandable and it is easy to make agreements. Nice room, you get basics that you need for few days. Location is perfect, in a peacful neighbourhood outside Amsterdam, but still easily accessible by metro or 30 mins walk to the city.

Breakfast is included which is a nice touch, however, maybe it would be smarter to invest money for preparing breakfast into improving rooms.

Breakfast was not as expected, bathroom was very congested and uncomfortable.

The location was specific to the Amsterdam Nord area. The neighborhood was calm and quiet and full of green areas around the apartments and with the Noorderpark in the close proximity. Harold is a welcoming host and the house cat is lovely. The breakfast is a good option and I liked that it could be served in the room.

The room is small for a big person like me(of almost 2 m height 😅) and I consider it needs a bit of renovation. Air conditioning unit is a must to add on the rooms.

Very cosy, bed was large and more comfy than the one I have at home:) Good location, with busses very close and a lovely park a minute away. Harold was very chill and provided extraordinary service, SUPER satisfied:)

The bathroom was really tiny.

Breakfast was so good. Bread was always hot that you could actually saw steam coming out from it. All the room and facility was cleaned every day. Location was good. a little bit distance with center but the nature around it was worth it. There is a beautiful park in walking distance with couple of lakes. Also the only functional wind mill in the world is available by walking. But check the date first, in only open for visit 5 days a year. You can also use free ferry to go from north to central or other part of the north.

The room was in second floor, so there was lots of stair which is hard if you have big suitcase. But Harold is always ready to help you in any matter he can. You just need to ask.

The location is situated in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The host was really nice and welcoming. He left us every morning at the doĺor a tasty breakfast, the coffee was also a delight. There were enough towels and shower gel. Surely will come back again.

Unfortunately the smoking inside the house was a bit unpleasant for me.

The check in wasn't perfect, but Harold arranged the situation very well !

It was a nice little place tucked away from the busy city and Harold was very helpful and courteous.

The bed was not comfortable as it dipped in the middle leading to a bad back after the first night of our stay. Also, the bedding wasn’t comfortable. As well, the windows didn’t close properly so let in the cold even with the radiator on full heat.
