The location is good

This is a hostel not a hotel. It consists of two floors of an office block. The rooms are basic. No water, no shower gel, no working fridge . Some rooms are tiny, the corner rooms are bigger. One of my friends left after finding extremely stained sheets on the bed and their room was so small, two people couldn't stand in it.. There is no way this basic room is worth 190 euro anywhere!

Está muy bien situado, para visitar la cuidad en pocos días y sacarle el máximo rendimiento al tiempo. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero están bien iluminadas. Viajamos con un bebé de 6 meses y nos dejaron la cuna de viaje gratuitamente y nos calentaron los biberones, ¡está genial!

No tenía ninguna zona común, cuenta solo con la zona de recepción y las habitaciones.

Beautiful clean rooms and the location is honestly the best! So close to the all the popular tourist spots and most importantly the bus stations to the airport and around the city. We were a bit concerned since there wasn't AC but despite a 32 degree heatwave, the fans were amazing and a few minutes with the windows open did wonders. It actually got too cold that we had to turn the fan off. Reception was also amazingly helpful as well. They help keep our luggage and helped print off our bus tickets. Many thanks again and we will be back!

The receptionist was extraordinary respectful and friendly. I arrived in a super stressful situation and she managed to calm me down with the way she behaved so that I felt safe and comfy from the first moment.

location!

Perfect location just a couple blocks to the Guggenheim the Bilbao Museum of Art and the bus transport to BIO. The historic center was an enjoyable easy 18 minute walk away.

Location was perfect to see what I wanted.

Nothing to complain about. Only issue was maybe being taken advantage of because I lacked the communication skills .

Good value for money. Very nice location and nice staff.

The room was a bit small but it was good for the price
