Great room with great facilities in a great location

The electronic door lock failed so we were locked out of our room for 3 hours. The property manager didn't have the manual overide key, so I had to borrow a ladder from the very helpful maintenance man, then climb up to the balcony door to gain entry into our room. The maintenance man then was able to fix the lock. A free lunch would have been appreciated.

The layout and size of the rooms are perfect for a family of 3, or 4. The bath on the balcony was a great way to wind down after pool session. Location is perfect for families and peppers pools are amazing. Lovely view from room of the lagoon

There was a constant dripping from one of the sink taps in the bathroom. Had to put a face washer to stop the noise. Few things starting to look a little tired

Some appliances were difficult to use. Probably need upgrading. Lacking crockery.

well equipped . comfortable . great communication.

The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed and the pool area was outstanding. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Arrival and departure processes were easy thanks to Bron, who even left us some Zooperdoopers for the kids!

The only complaint we had in a property of this standard was the lack of an elevator. Our suite was up 3 flights of stairs, my father requires assistance and we had children and heavy baggage to lug in 36°. Accessibility around other parts of the resort were also hit and miss and my father was unable to access the pool at all. We loved this property and the staff, but feel that visitors should be made aware of these limitations before they arrive.

Outstanding resort excellent facilities The apartment was spotless and has everything you need. Great views over lagoon pool Bron was lovely and very helpful we will definitely be back
