Everything was very well organised. We felt us just at home because it was really comfortable. The TV was big enough to enjoy Netflix. The location is very good. From home it takes just 20 minutes to the sea. There is market nearby. Konstantin is very helpful and gives good advices. We were just two people but even 4 people can enjoy their stay here. Thanks for everything.

Коце е невероятен, колкото и имота, който стопанисва! Звъннахме му още предварително, и беше страшно отзивчив. Момчето беше запазило паркомясто с личната си кола, когато пристигнахме паркирахме на момента. Локацията на самия апартамент е невероятна. Супер комуникативна - на близо големи магазини, аптека, болница, главни булеварди и тн. Същевременно страхотен, тих и спокоен квартал. Относно апартамента, нямам думи да опиша колко прекрасно беше всичко. Супер просторен, подреден, нов, чист, уютен, комфортен. Нямам какво да кажа освен, бъдете като Коце! Били сме на много места във Варна, за момента Коце няма конкуренция! Благодарим ти, приятел!

The apartment is clean and spacious. You find anything you need and the kitchen is well equipped. I wish we could have stayed longer than one night, so we could have enjoyed the big balcony and kitchen. The check-in was easy and the host super helpful.

The apartment is very comfortable ,it has everything you may need and the landlord is very polite and he doesn't disturb the guests .I've already booked the apartment twice and for sure I'll do it again .

Location was good, outside the center but on walking distance of 30 minutes. There is a 24 hour supermarket within a few minutes for the basic stuff.

Great apartament, exactly as the photos! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay and even more. It is clean, has a kitchen with the main utensils, two balconies, supermarkets are close and there are many attractions nearby to visit. The host is very nice, it shows that he cares about the guests having a good time.

The flat was amazing to spend some days near the shore. It is exactly like the pictures, bright, beautiful, spacious and very comfortable.
If I am coming back to Varna I will book my stay here again for sure.
