Albany Middleton Apartment est un appartement spacieux et confortable très confortable qui est situé entre le centre-ville et la célèbre plage de Middleton, qui a maintenant une zone de baignade protégée et il est à distance de marche des deux ou à une courte distance en voiture, où vous pourrez profiter d'un variété, restaurants, repas légers, café et gâteaux ou un verre de vin sur le front de mer.

Il y a un très grand salon / salle à manger avec et une salle de bain bien équipée à côté du salon principal.

Il y a une cuisine indépendante avec un grand réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes, un poêle, une poêle électrique, une bouilloire, un grille-pain et un cuiseur à riz, un four pyrolytique portable et de nombreux autres ustensiles de cuisine avec un barbecue à capuche Ziggy
Tout le linge est fourni avec un petit déjeuner continental; céréales, pain au lait, fruits frais, œufs frais élevés en plein air selon disponibilité thé, café et divers autres condiments
Le désormais célèbre poisson frais et frites à emporter ou à dîner est à deux pas de votre porte d'entrée
Il y a de grandes promenades en bateau et des pistes cyclables vers le haut et autour du mont Clarence et du port et d'Emu Point, également d'excellents points de vue pour l'observation des baleines et bien sûr très proche du célèbre centre Anzac sur le mont Clarence
Les centres commerciaux sont à proximité pour votre commodité, tout comme de nombreux excellents restaurants et un agréable trajet en voiture vers les vignobles locaux

Ideal setup and location for us as a retired couple. Jo was an excellent communicator. The kitchen well set up for light cooking and Jo has supplied lot of variety for your breakfasts. Her Baby Shams were an added touch. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful place so close to the centre of town. It was, however, the extra mile the owners went to that made the difference - milk and bread, a packet of chocolate biscuits, etc. it was a great welcome after the journey from Perth. And the bed… OMG, so comfortable and the quilt so warm. Decor was lovely and there was plenty of space for the two of us. We felt very spoiled. We initially were looking to stay in Denmark but the price for similar accommodation was almost double. We would definitely return.

We stayed here 3 nights and this was our favorite place we stayed at in WA during the last two weeks. Jo went out of her way to make the place more like a home for us.

A fabulous, warm and cosy apartment to in stay while we enjoyed the delights of Albany. The little apartment was beautifully presented, with lots of little touches including a lovely continental breakfast. The sun bathed front garden area was a great place to have breakfast while we contemplated the day's activities. Jo's accommodation is excellent - the apartment as such is spotlessly clean with lots of goodies for your enjoyment. There is absolutely nothing you will need with all the comforts of home. The queen size bed is very comfortable and easy to drift off to sleep in. It is very spacious with a beautiful garden to admire and your car behind closed gates makes it very secure. Can highly recommend staying here with restaurants and tourist attractions close by and a very popular fish and chip shop a few minutes walk away. You will not be disappointed - simply the best!!

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend in Albany. It was perfect for a romantic getaway, very beautiful and well equipped with kitchen supplies and linen, which was very appreciated, and meant we could cook full meals so to not eat out all the time. The garden is beautiful too, and the location was very convenient, as was the fact we didn’t have to worry about finding a park on the street. Will definitely come back here for our next Albany long weekend, and will be recommending it to family and friends! The host Jo was also lovely and very helpful.

The property was well located with easy walks into town and to Middletown Beach. Jo the host was attentive (some nice touches awaited us) and unobtrusive. The property provided a great place to come home to after an exciting day in the Great South. Private and peaceful enhanced by a wonderful garden. Thoroughly recommend this property for an adult stay. Will visit again in the future.

It was a lovely little unit with a beautiful garden. Very clean well laid out. It was lovely as it had an information stand about Albany and it’s different restaurants and attractions to visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s planing a holiday in the area.

Everything was perfect. It has everything you could ever need. Rooms are spacious; water is hot and strong; breakfast supplies had a good variety; access was easy; no steps to negotiate so perfect for husband on crutches. I could go on and on as it was all positive - especially the chocolate and biscuits which were a lovely surprise.

This little hidden Gem is the perfect spot to fully relax and unwind.
Everything is so close. Beach 12 min walk city center 5 min drive, walking trails 5 min drive.
The room is spacious and very comfortable and as a little treat you will find a bar of chocolate in the fridge.
I would highly recommend this beautiful guest house to all my friends.

This property was in a great location, close to town and Middleton Beach. The accommodation had absolutely everything you would need for a stay away from home, although I did miss not having a proper cooktop, it was wonderfully clean, very private and would definitely stay again.

Such a great place to stay! From the beautiful garden as you enter to the welcoming biscuits (cookies) to the plethora of soft towels, this is a real gem of an apartment. It was very clean and the beds, chairs and sofa were all comfortable. The location is very quiet and you have off-street parking right in front of the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and the water was hot and plentiful. Jo was very welcoming both online and in person and the apartment has a binder and brochures to help you plan activities. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
