Cette spacieuse maison de 4 chambres avec salle de bains principale a. cuisine, salle familiale, et un salon séparé. A tout le confort moderne et est la distance du bord de l'eau en marchant, à quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville et de la jetée. The Boat House est une excellente base pour partir à la découverte de ce que l'île Kangourou a à offrir. Un couple de jours est tout simplement pas assez !!!
The Boat House est situé à Kingscote, 2 rues de la plage. Kingscote est une petite ville, avec de belles vues, pêche fantastique, un grand tremplin pour parer à tous les endroits merveilleux Kangaroo Island a à offrir.

Cuisine entièrement équipée avec bar, grand frigo / congélateur, four électrique inoxydable et de cuisson, micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire, casseroles, poêles, plats, couverts, ustensiles de cuisine verrerie, lecteur CD / radio.
Salon ouvert et salle à manger a confortable salon en L à poser et se détendre, TV, lecteur DVD, une table basse. Grande table à manger.
Deuxième salon avec 2 x 2 places est un endroit idéal pour échapper à une lire un livre tout en donnant sur les oiseaux indigènes dans le jardin extérieur.
Salle de bain a une baignoire pleine grandeur et douche, WC, lavabo, et miroir.
Buanderie a lave-linge, fer à repasser et vieille fille. Ligne de vêtements à côté, chevilles fournies.

Really well set up, everything thought of and lovely personal touches everywhere. Plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Clean and tidy. Great communication with the owner.
close walk to a sandy beach and Tidal pool.
Short drive to town.
Only negatives are lack of rails on entrance steps and non slip shower mats needed.
Overall a great place to stay and would highly recomend it.

The house is lovely to stay in and a great place to rest your head (and legs) after a day out exploring the Island. The house is well appointed with more space than your average holiday house. We did have issues with the TV reception but it wasn't much. A very quiet location with friendly neighbours.

Amazing
Considering the terrible circumstances of the worst bushfires that KI has ever see, the property was immaculate & in such a convenient location. We unfortunately had 2 cut our stay short by 3 days & Sarah was outstanding in communication & understanding. I, seriously can't recommend their property or service enough. We wish we could have stayed the entire time. It was comfortable, clean & well provisioned. We greatly appreciate everything that Sarah has done for us & hope to visit again. Kind Regards

The home was perfect for our needs for this trip! Great layout with two living areas, spacious and everything was there that you need! the kitchen was fully decked out and first place I've stayed at where there was actually a reasonable amount of pots and pans and utensils! It was so handy to have all the linen provided as one less thing to have to take along in the car too. Very handy location and quite central to most attractions. Would definitely stay there again if we get back to K.I in the future. Thanks for providing home away from home!

Loved the gardens,and not far to town, first day we were walking in the rain to go get our hire car and a lovely lady picked us up, everyone was so friendly and helpful, would certainly love to holiday there again.

The girls want to go back they had a great time. They especially loved the beds. They all said that the beds were very comfy. Better than any other holiday that they have been on. A well rested child is usually a happy child. What more could one ask for?
