Location is good, train station is just 7 mins walk. and bus stop just across the crossroad, supermarket is just nearby very convenience. They served napkin for women too. And quick reply on email.

It was conveniently located, close to supermarkets and restaurants in case you need food. The room had a bathtub and plenty of plugs. Also, the staff is very helpful and nice.

The walls are not very soundproofed, the room and the bathtub are a bit small. You cannot fully open the window and see the city.

The staff was kind and helpful! The whole place was so comfortable and a nice relief from the hustle of the city. It's also very close to several good stations.

Location, close to Yamanote Line. Design, comfortable, good breakfast. Staff ok. We stayed twice in this hotel during our trip in Japan, the best price-quality relationship.

Hotel is very well located you can find restaurants, bars, attractions at a waliking distance, it is a nice and neet spot. The staff always willing to help. It has an awesome cafe-restaurant on the first floor.

Comfortable rooms, staff were friendly and spoke good English, great view of Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree from the top floor terrace, decent breakfast and the location is great with Yamanote line around 2 minutes away and the Metro around 7 minutes.

Breakfast is only served from 8 til 10 which meant on a couple of days I had to forgo breakfast as I was up too early. Rooms are pretty tight but that's expected in Tokyo.

Helpful staff with good English. As it was my first time in Japan that was really important. Good airconditioner. Very clean. Good breakfast . Close to Ugusandani station on a central circular line so excellent. Easy walk to shrines, cemeteries!! Zoo and Art Museums

Tiny tiny room. Just a large double mattress on the floor! I asked if they could move me to a room with a chair! And they moved me to a room with a stool. OK. At least it was cheaper than a lot of other hotels.
