I tried to call and emailed the place over 50 times to ask a few questions but no one got back to me at all 😩

Air conditioner condensor over outdoor table on balcony making it very hot and uncomfortable

Apartment was very good & clean and the location was great as it’s close to everything and getting an Uber around was a maximum cost of $10 to Mitchell St.
Would have been good if there was a roasting tray for the oven.
Also if the room/apartment was serviced (top up soaps & toilet paper) every few days.

Having the complex mostly to ourselves as it was the wet season. Had the pool to ourselves. Washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning. Shower good.
No sharp knife and didn’t get one even after asking. Kitchen and furniture is dated, but useable.

Good-sized apartment, gorgeous grounds, the saltwater pool was INCREDIBLE. Decent location about a 15 minute walk from the waterfront. Owner was very understanding and helpful when our flights were unexpectedly cancelled

Quiet, comfortable, 2 bedrooms. Beds in good condition. Good lighting, good air conditioning (essential!)

Kitchen tap loose, no option to switch fan off in bathroom (quite noisy). Front door very stiff to close.

The staff were very helpful, the apartment was clean and well located.

The accommodation was very rough and smelled badly of strong bleach. Furniture and fittings were very basic. It looked and smelled so depressing we did not stay and the host would not consider any refund at all.

Lighting in the second bedroom was fluorescent. Aweful. No reading lights.
One couch totally sagging & very uncomfortable.
