Convenient location very close to Woolworths supermarket and university. Short walk to Waterfront, shops, parliament.

Room was tired, bathroom particularly dated. All in need of a refresh. Oh, and don’t stay on a Sunday or Bank Holiday if you like to have your room made up!

We had a lovely quiet one bedroom apartment with a view of the pool. The aircon was excellent and easily adjustable. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with everything needed for cooking/self-catering. Location was great, close to supermarket and cbd attractions and transport. The car park was easily accessible. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation staying here again and will recommend to my friends.

The bed was a little firm for my liking but this is a deeply personal thing.

Damage to the unit so was very surprised that they would rent the unit in that condition. Marks on the walls, dents on the outside of fridge, marks on the coffee table, marks on the curtains, thread beard carport, holes in the lounge, and marks on the walls. You looked outside to a lot of rubbish in last carport. Like a double mattress , fridge , lamp, washing etc.

Ideal location very central to all entertainment and shopping

The excessive noise from the road.

Location was good with easy access to markets, CBD, waterfront, etc. The room facilities were good and stay was comfortable.

The kitchen table top needed better room for placing Toaster and kettle since the space was highly restricted and as such had difficulty in placing them in a safe manner.

Could walk to waterfront in about 15 minutes. Good bus routes nearby

The apartment was a bit dated and pool area needs some work.

Spacious, comfortable apartment located close to a supermarket. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants and attractions. Easy access to public transport and hop on hop off bus.

The noise of the delivery trucks in the side lane could be heard from the bedroom
