The hotel was located on a high mountain pass with great mountain views. There was a chairlift right beside the hotel. The room for 2 was good enough for 4 persons as it came with a large double bed and 2 single beds in an adjoining room. Breakfast was a treat, the cake was delicious.

There should have been cups in the rooms, at least plastic disposable ones.

Great location on top of Gardena pass. Extraordinary morning views. Excellent breakfast. Very warm and helpful personnel. The check-in hours are a bit restricting, but the receptionist waited for us until 9 pm after we email that we could not make it in time due to traffic problems.

A little cold at night, probably due to the fast-changing weather outside, but the blanket was really warm, so no problems there.

The staff makes you feel like you are at home. Even before the morning coffee the waiter at the breakfast puts smile on your face. The receptionists are very professional, kind and their advises made our trip (thanks to her we discover a lot of things we could do in the area). I recommend to order the dinner at the hotel - it might seems expensive at first but it totally worth it compare to the other restaurants in the area. The view of the mountain from our window is amazing. The tv in the room was great. The location is very good for hikings. And we received bus tickets for free from the reception.

Unfortunately there isn't an option to make a tee in the room, and in order to drink a tee you need to pay a high price in the hotel's bar.. perhaps its because the hotel located in the rich part of Italy. If you make reservation through booking you dont receive house keeping service and you don't receicve new towels.

The hotel is in a unique location with an overwhelmingly beautiful view of the dolomites around the Gardena pass directly from your window.

The hotel and room are up to what you would expect from a three star hotel. After luxury and comfort at two previous four star stays, it takes some time to get used to this.

An amazing location just on the pass. Very helpful staff, especially at reception. I needed extra help with sending parcels, and the lady was beyond helpful. A lovely place to have a beer on the terrace after a hike and enjoy the views, then dinner after sunset and rest for the night. I'm so glad I spent some time researching and ended up finding this place.

The location

Our stay felt like every breath cost a few euros. The hotel breakefast was poor and the dinner tried to be sufisticate but end up to be just not tasty. Both breakfast and dinner was very expensive.

i loved the dinner that came with the hotel and of course the scenery of Val Gardena. nothing comes close to the views you get from the hotel

frequency of public buses was every hour. so i would recommend this hotel for those with cars.

Absolutely blew away my expectations with every aspect. The service, friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the location was phenomenal and the property itself was very well kept, modern but still with a hint of the traditional charm of the alps. I highly recommend and would have expected to pay far more for such an experience.
