Not value for money

Linen were clean but room was very small and dirty (see photos showing dust and spiderwebs on curtains). Very expensive for what you get. Also be ready to hear anything happening next door. I could hear people snoring through the walls. With the same price or less you can stay in very nice Airbnbs. Stuff were nice and helpful.

The spa was nice but you have to pay for it when I booked this place it didn't say I had to book a session so I cud only use it when bookings were available which I thought was abit of a scam on there behalf.

The property and staff were awesome, facilities were clean and well looked after. I wanted to play pool however we couldn’t find our way in which is okay because we booked the spa instead. Our Saturday night stay was awesome I slept so well

On our Friday night stay, we felt unsafe. There were people drinking under our room playing their music really loud, swearing and yelling. We tried to call the after hours line and it kept telling us to call back in a few minutes, this was from 11pm till 2am. These people were drink driving and doing skids in the car park that kicked stones at our cars.

Clean and fresh in a good location. Great for families to share a room.

Heaters turned off at times, so rooms were freezing. Staff gave us an extra, small heater. But really didn't suffice. It's ohakune. Heating is definitely necessary!

The double room bed was very comfortable, and the toilets were very clean.

Spa pool, pool table, the comfortable beds the warm showers. Everything really. Would recommend this place highly. Ohakune is a beautiful town. And LKNZ lodge & Cafe is within close proximity to everything you need.

The staff were awesome and always friendly and helpful when approached. There was nothing I didn't like. LKNZ was above my expectations.

The hot tub was a nice bonus for only $8. We choose a budget double room which wasn't a good idea but the cafe, kitchen facilities and other areas seem to be well maintained.

The dish was not really clean and that is not acceptable. We had to clean the dish before we use it… The room was noisy, we felt and eared any move and noise from our neighbours.
