Re: Original Booking reference- 657C2-23-SA We write to report that we were unhappy with our stay on the first day of our stay at Mountain Revival as the bathroom and bedroom were flooded from the leaking toilet which resulted in us being moved to another property. The heating never worked in the living room and there were no heaters in the bedroom where we were shifted left us cold and shivering through the night We had booked this holiday for my wife's 40th as we had family over and we felt that with our 5 year old son it wasn't a great experience as expected. As you are aware the building manager visited the property and had to immediately turn the mains water off to the property as she feared further damage to the property we believe we should be reimbursed for the inconvenience caused. We were advised by your customer service team to email yourselves and I would be grateful if this could be looked into urgently. We look forward to hearing from you. Easy and straight forward

Great location, lovely house and super cosy with the fireplace and all the heaters. Would definitely stay here again :)
