The beds were devine and the staff were great had an amazing spa and massage

No not a thing at all place was great location and great staff

Easy check in, clean rooms, nice lounge area if we needed to use it but we had a TV in our room so really just used the room to take a rest on our trip and to sleep.

The spa pool was set at 36 degrees which was quite cold seeing as it is outside. The traffic is a bit noisy if you're not use to it. Otherwise it was good for a stopover on our way to Wellington with our 2 teens.

Great location, Central in Ohakune. Close to shops/food/restaurants. They do have their own restaurant and spa for some relaxation. Clean bathrooms

Some small points/minor things: There could have been more clothes hangers to hang on your clothes and towels in the room. In our room there was online a 'big' light. I would have liked a soft night light aswell. The public area is great but can use a little bit of finetuning. Some of the chairs where a little bit wobbly on their feet.

Location is perfect for the tongario national park and you have a lovely view of the mountain from here.. the also offer a food menu which was just up my street but I had already brought my tea before I got there so was gutted not to try the food out.. they also offer spa treatments if needed didn't try out as not there long enough

The location of my room was by the main road and it was noisy lorrys going past all night so was noisy.. the 1st shower I went to use was stone cold and wouldn't warm up but used the other end by window and this was hot enough

bed was comfortable, good location

it was unclean, there was still shower gel on the floor of bathroom and blood mark on the floor in there. couldn’t swap rooms either as our little boy was already asleep and didn’t see anyone in morning to complain too as checked out early.

Staff very nice upon check in,bar and resturant very nice affordable. Enjoyed Spa and Sauna. Well enjoyed our stay would definately go back.

Location was convenient.

The room was nothing like advertised on booking.com I had no idea this accommodation was a room attached to a restaurant Strong stench coming from accommodation or restaurant... couldn't work it out. Quite disappointing.

Perfect stop to break a long trip up. The room exceeded my expectations. It was like my own private and stylish tiny house - they've done a lot to make sure these Cabins feel private despite being grouped around a central courtyard.

The place is run down. There are pictures of a shared hall, the pool table is now tattered. The Tv did not change channels, The air con said it was 31 degrees but it was still cold in the room.

sheets were clean.

no sound proofing. could hear snoring in the other rooms and every word spoken by the neighbors. the main road was just metres away and trucks came down and stopped before turning the corner all through the night. the bed was tiny and pushed up against the wall. About 140cm wide. no bedside tables. broken power points. floor had a lot of dark long hair on it. No heating in the bathrooms. kitchen was dirty. always dirty dishes lying around. poorly equipped for cooking. the cabins out the back were basically plonked on the car park. hot tubs too. the whole place had a really weird vibe.

Staff were lovely, easy quick check in and we were able to book the spa and sauna that night too.

Spa tub temperature seemed to be playing up.. wasn't warm enough.. common problem with spa tubs..set at the right temp but not quite heating up to it
