Great breakfast. Very amenable staff. Good central location close to buses and railway. Excellent restaurant food. Everywhere very clean. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the centre of Newquay and just a few minutes from the sea and town centre. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and lovely and warm, which we were very happy about as it was a very cold weekend when we stayed. We had an evening meal there and the food was excellent, the staff there are very friendly and welcoming. We also had breakfast there, and again it was excellent, cannot fault the food at all. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay there again.

Everything was excellent, the only thing we can think of, would be to have bedside lights.

The breakfast was lovely quality, and one member of staff, unfortunately I don't know her name was excellent.

Most staff were rude and unhelpful....my friend is disabled and someone had moved his mobility scooter , when we asked the male member of staff , ...he turned round and said ...."who are you ", that's no way to speak to paying customers.

The staff where lovely and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The views where absolutely amazing

The mattress wasn't very comfortable as it was very lumpy. Abit of damp on the ceiling but room was clean

The hotel was lovely great location very clean staff where brilliant very friendly very helpful breakfast was cooked fresh and plenty of it would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends

The staff were fabulous, the food exceptional. Rooms were brilliant, and very clean. Made to feel so welcome. A brilliant holiday.
