Very easy

Needs a lick of paint, shower cubicle very dated and needs replacing, toilet brush untouchable…Apartment looks good when you first arrive furniture, crockery, bed mattress, bed linen all nice and clean. Apartment just needs decorating and a new shower cubicle. The view from the balcony is lovely and apartment block in a quiet area

The location is very beautiful, and the views are amazing. The host was very helpful and keept in contact to make sure all is good. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There were even proper wine glasses. The amenities like the comunal showers near the beach it was a great plus.

The cleanliness of the shower was so and so. The trash in the kitchen was half full when we arrived. There were no trash bags anywhere in the apartment not for the kitchen tash or the bathroom trash. There is limited space to put the clothes. The key that is not very good it was a proper struggle to open and close the comunal shower near the beach and to open the back door. This is small but there was a small coffee machine for pods but there were not pods. We arrived late and there was no time to go shopping so we couldn't make any coffee because all tha host offered som cheap instant cofee. I know pods are expensive but I would have preferred they put 2 pods insteneted of many small bags of cheap instant cofee.

Die Lage direkt am Strand lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die unterhalb des Appartemen-Hauses befindliche, sehr angenehme Beach-Bar Nusa war kaum zu hören und schloss pünktlich um 24:00. Der Balkon ist sehr geräumig, die Sitzmöbel gemütlich. Ansprechend auch der Einrichtungsstil des Appartements mit großzügigem Wohnraum incl. offener Küche.

Ich hatte 10 Tage lang sehr laute Nachbarn im Lazuli-App. Nr. 254. Den schriftlichen Vorwurf der Mitbewohner über ruhestörenden Lärm in der Nacht zum 7.9.2023 hefteten sie an MEINE App.-Tür. Zwischen 6:00 und 8:00 morgens haben sie drei Mal meine Klingel betätigt und Krach gemacht, der Handwerker-Arbeiten gleichkam. Meine später ausgesprochene Bitte, die Wohnungstür nicht zuzuknallen, sondern leise zu schließen, haben sie missachtet. Anstelle von Lazuli-App.-Verwaltung würde ich diese Gäste nicht mehr aufnehmen. In der ersten Ferienwoche vom 5. bis 12.9.2023 musste ich die sehr nachlässig gereinigte Küche putzen. Das Geschirr war nur zum Teil gespült, das Kochgeschirr in einem unappetitlichen Zustand. Es gab kein Trockentuch für das Geschirr, nur 5 hauchdünne Servietten, kaum Haushaltspapier, keine Plastiktüten für Küchen- und Hygiene-Abfall. Es musste alles nachgeliefert werden. Ein Kuzschluss in der Klimaanlage am 2. Urlaubstag (6.9.2023) stellte sich als sicherheitsgefährdender Kabellbrand heraus, wurde aber sofort repariert. In der Nacht vom 10. auf den 11.9.2023 gab es einen Total-Ausfall der Elektrik. Ich musste mich in totaler Dunkelheit zurecht finden. Desgleichen minimierte sich zeitgleich der Wasserdruck für die Küchenspüle zu einem Rinnsal. Das Lazuli-Team reagierte wiederum umgehend, fand die Ursache für den inzwischen wie von Geisterhand behobenen Stromausfall jedoch nicht (Ich nehme an, da hat sich jemand einen bösen Scherz erlaubt, die elektr. Kabel sind im Hausflur für jeden zugänglich.), erhöhte aber effektiv den Wasserdruck. Die Kapazität der zwei schmalen Kleiderschränke und der Bügel war SEHR dürftig. Im engen Schlafraum war der einzige barrierefrei zu erreichende Schrank für das Reinigungspersonal reserviert und verschlossen, während im Wohnraum die Geschirrschränke leer standen. Zum "Ausgleich" durfte ich mich wegen des späten Rückflugs -das App. wurde erst am Folgetag wieder vermietet- am 19.9.

Great beach view. Nice and quiet appartment. Close to restaurants and easy walk into town.

Great first impression of Cyprus. The building and apartment was clean and very open on both sides. Both rooms face the sea and had gorgeous unobstructed views. The elevator area had views of the sunset as well. A big plus point for me was that you could hear the soothing sea waves all night! Rooms were spacious, clean and modern (IKEA style). Had every appliances, tools and kitchenware. The beach is accessible from the building's gate. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, modern and not crowded at all, unlike the city center. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Will stay here again without thinking twice!

Nothing to dislike but a word of advise: Rent a car from the airport on your way here. The city center is 3km and car would make it very convenient. The apartment comes with free parking, best to use it!
