Location, 10 min from Ikebukuro station. Many convenient stores nearby. Restaurants and DonQ within 15 minutes walk. There's a good katsu place downstairs. Facility is good (efficient washing machine, AC, medium-sized fridge, microwave, sink, vacuum cleaner). Spacious wardrobe space to offset the lack of space in the room.

Bathroom rather small but with good pressure, lack of umbrella, apartment size is small for 4 people, no good space for meals.

Room is comfortable and the facilities are well equipped

Sun Heights Ikebukuro is a great place to stay as a base for exploring all that Tokyo has to offer. Payment with the host was secure using PayPal, host communication was good to ensure we were happy with everything. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom was good size for 2 people. Location is close enough to all the action but in a nice quiet street. Fast wi-fi included, as well as slippers, towels, shampoo, body wash, etc and a large fridge for breakfast supplies, keep drinks cold and late night desserts. Because there were thousands of dining options just minutes away we didn't end up doing any cooking ; )

There is nothing to not like about Sun Heights Ikebukuro

Perfect location well situated. Quite area with no noise outside. There is also a nice parc nearby that is open until 10pm. In the evening many Young people are meeting there after school/work. The building has an elevator and its clean. The size is fine, but you run out of space if you have to big luggages. Otherwise you will find everything you might need for your stay. Just lovely,, would highly recommend.

Location is excellent, with many, many restaurants, stores, and shopping within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped, all appliances worked well, and bed was comfortable.

Wonderful location near Tokio Ikebukuro main station. The apartment is very clean and it has all the facilities you need during your stay. Nearby you can find many pubs and restaurants and also 24/7 family marts.

Only thing we missed during our stay was WiFi connection or any other access to the internet, even if we had to pay for it.

Clean and all basic facilities.

Took quite long before I had internet. It appeared the router was disconnected. Also the apartment was difficult to find. What I missed was a chair and small table.

I like the location. It was close to the train station.
