Great location, only a short taxi from Manchester city centre. Good sized property. Comfy beds and very clean.
We were asked to do the dishes and take the bins out etc which we were more than happy to do, however checkout was at 11:00am and at 11:02am the owner banged the door a few times and wasn't very friendly about the fact that we were 2 or 3 minutes late checking out. I explained that we were just cleaning the last few dishes but this did not seem to make a difference. We are always very tidy guests and in fact we didn't use one of the rooms at all so it didn't need turning over which I had told the owner, however most properties don't request this cleaning etc and so we felt it was a bit unreasonable to be banging on the door at 11:02am unfortunately when we were cleaning the last few plates as a courtesy to help them out.

The house was in a quiet location overlooking a park, and conveniently situated to 2 supermarkets, and main roads to Manchester. The house was comfortable, very clean and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, including a washing machine. There was a sunny garden at the back. There was excellent communication from the landlord. A very good place to stay.

The house was clean.
There were a few things that were disappointing. Curtain poll hanging off, pictures stuck up with cello tape, hole filled in the wall I don't even know what with. Living room was so small we all couldn't sit down on sofa. Rubbish bag in garden with rubbish spilling everywhere. Was disappointing the house could be amazing if some effort was put into it.

The property, on a quiet residential estate is well apointed with a modern kitchen, comfy beds and has a large patio. Behind the property is open green space. There is off street parking for one car but plenty of room for others on street nearby. It is well sited being only 5 min walk from Aldi, KFC & Tesco Extra. It was easy to find from the A57 Hyde Road from where you can get into the city centre or The Pennines very easily. There is a high frequency bus service where Stagecoach 201, 202 & 203 will take you into the city centre in 15 mins and also Belle Vue railway station for trains to Manchester Piccadilly & New Mills. The hosts, whos communication was great sent the key box code well before our arrival on the day without the need to ask for it. The property is excellent whether you are looking for a city break or going into the country and was a very pleasant place to return to after a long day out. Thank you!

No breakfast included, but the kitchen facilities/endowment were very good. Also in the proximity of the property there are a TESCO and ALDI shops where you can get everything you need.
Really very good ratio price/quality, or otherwise saying value for the money.
It was not possible to contact by phone the main contact Richard. Fortunately the second contact, Florence, responded immediatelly. Ithink you have to check Richard's phone number.

The location is pretty good, Aldi and Tesco close by, not too expensive to get into the city centre with Uber, nice chilled out neighborhood. House is overall very comfortable and clean, kitchen was well equipped.
Owners were friendly and quick with communication.
Would recommend and i would stay again.
Fridge froze some of our food on the top shelf but was fine on the bottom two.

Everything they said was correct great location nice quite neighbourhood, near bus stop, aldi, kfc . Great hosts a only a phone call away, definitely would rebook again and recommend to others. Michelle

Absolutely loved how spacious and well equipped the property was. All bedrooms were made lovely and really facilitated us on our stay. Very easy to get in and out of property with the safe lock master lock. Bathrooms very clean. Kitchen was lovely. Plenty of cleaning amenities available which were much appreciated. Great location for going to and from Manchester City centre. Quiet neighbourhood area with 2 parking spaces. Landlords were always so pleasant and easy to contact. Very well organised.
Needed a oven grill tray and some more bowls. One chair needed amending on the table. And a window handle was unfortunately broken from a previous guest in 1 bedroom, however landlords were very responsive when we let them know and assured us we was not at fault.
