Great location ample parking

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. The leisure facilities were fantastic. The pool and sauna were the highlight of our stay.
The hotel is in a great location with easy access to shopping and restaurants.
Apart from the pillows that were too soft for my liking (which is down to preference and not the fault of the hotel), everything else was perfect.
Both my husband and I enjoyed our anniversary night away.

Easy parking and good location
Headboard had a lip on it couldn’t sit up in bed
Could of done with more coffee and milk in the room had to go to reception lots of times but we do like coffee 😂 and our shower gel was empty on arrival but it was fine we did bring some. Still really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come again

there was a lot of dust under the glass surface which i’m allergic to and the bed was not comfortable it felt very hard

Clean, beautifully presented. The room was well stocked with towels, toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. Everything was exceptional. Upon our arrival there was an issue with our room we were booked into - when the staff at reception were notified of this, they were so attentive and fast to resolve the problem. We were given complimentary drinks in their bar while the staff arranged for us to go into a different room and went to the efforts of double checking the new room met our requirements. It couldn’t have been dealt with any better.
