Byliśmy w tym hotelu n-ty raz. Zawsze trzyma poziom. Blisko metro, autobus i lokalna galeria handlowa z restauracjami -nie tylko fast food. No i sam Tegel bardzo spokojna miła dzielnica z uroczym jeziorkiem nad ktorym mozna pospacerować . W obiekcie rozwiązania - kawa i herbata do całodziennego użytku przez gości z miejscem publicznym gdzie mozna posiedzieć i porozmawiać , woda dla gości do wyboru : gaz / n gaz . Miejsca parkingowe pod hotelem kilka darmowych, przy ulicy obok komisariatu Policji ( super bezpiecznie) tez mozna trafić , zwłaszcza po 20 kiedy zamykają centrum handlowe . Cena rozsądna jak na dzisiejsze czasy. Pokoje wygodne , dość duże , polecam

L’accueil très sympathique du personnel : réception et petit-déjeuner. La chambre, jolie, spacieuse, confortable avec une bonne literie. L’attention journalière : bouteille eau minérale offerte. L’excellent buffet petit-déjeuner (très varié). La localisation de l’Hotel, à deux pas d’une Galerie commerciale, arrêt bus et métro et proche Lac Tegel.

Der Service war sehr gut. Personal beim ein-und auschecken war sehr freundlich. Das ich meinen Hund mitnehmen konnte.

Bademantel und Hausschuh waren nicht wie angegeben auf dem Zimmer. Aber auch nicht tragisch.

I didn’t use the restaurant but my college said it was good

Breakfast was ok but I asked for a lunch packet instead and it was really not good. I asked later few times what I want in it but whole week no action from the stuff. Only one old sandwich a day is nothing compare to price of the breakfast and to what I saw in the restaurant

Only a few private parking slots which were fully occupied, but luckily no problem to find free space at the nearby street.

The breakfast were great and there was great selection from cheeses, salami, sweets and fresh fruits. Lactose free produts were also available. Room were clean and comfy, but we could hear the loud from our neighbors from the next room (older pair who spoke very loudly).

Modern facility, great location, close to shopping and public transportation. Coffee station with all sorts of different coffees or hot chocolate is great.

This hotel should not be rated with 4 stars. One of the deciding factors of choosing this hotel was that it says it has a gym and a restaurant. When we arrived and I asked where the gym is, I was told by the receptionist that there is no gym. On their own web page, it says the gym is 200 m away from the building. Defeats the purpose of booking a gym in-house. Very disappointing. The restaurant was closed with a sign saying it was closed due to illness. On their own web page, it says closed due to employee shortage, so what is it? Illness, no employees? The fact is, it was not just temporarily closed like stated. We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for a refill. One item that room service should check on every day. The fridge was not working. First we thought we didn't understand how to turn it on. We ask for maintenance to come. They told us they fixed it and it's turned on now. It wasn't. Same for a family member in a different room that was traveling with us. No option to keep drinks or other items cool. The extra charge of 15 EUR PER PERSON for breakfast is way overpriced.. No lounge area is available. There are chairs and tables, but no comfortable lounge chairs. Would not book again as the price-performance ratio is not good.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Borsigturm and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of my needs were met with professionalism and warmth. There wasn't much that I didn't like about my stay, but if I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally slow. However, this was a minor issue and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The hotel is not in central Berlin but it was convenient for our trip (visiting a family member @ Medical Park Hospital) The hotel is located right infront of a shopping mall that has nice restaurants, a 24/7 gym and an adults arcade hall The hotel have bicycles that could be used free of charge & free bottled water as well The breakfast was decent and had several options that are suitbale for vegans as well

It is relatively expensive relative to the location which is on the outskirts of Berlin (Tegel)

The hotel is nice. The bed was excellent. There is free bottled water provided. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of food for all tastes. There are also a lot of great restaurants nearby.

The lights in the room were hard to understand. When you want to turn on one specific, it comes that all lights are turning on.
