Lo unico que nos agrado, fue la vista. UNICAMENTE.

No nos gustaron MUCHAS COSAS, recomiendo no tenerlo en cuenta. Por el precio, es algo que no puedes exigir mucho. Con mi pareja somos muy sensible a los olores, y este hotel APESTA a humeda, en todos lados, principalmente a los helevadores, es un edificio viejo, las piscinas del piso 15, nunca funciono (es una alberca pequeña) solo utilizamos la primera piscina, pero tiene sus defectos. Cerca del hotel no hay muchas cosas interesantes. Sufrimos con el Aire a condicionado, porque no son como los mini split modernos, si no que por VIADUCTOS, y cuando se iba a luz, nos quedabamos sin aire, sentiamos que nos sofocabamos del calor. ¡EL PEOR HOTEL QUE ME HE QUEDADO EN UNAS VACACIONES!

Un poco sucio

Pésimo servicio, a la llegada nadie nos ayudó con las maletas ni nos acompañó a la habitación, nos tuvimos que cambiar dos veces de habitación, la primera porque el TV no servía, la segunda porque se cayó una parte del techo de la habitación, en esta última se avisó y nunca se acercaron a revisar, tuve que bajar a la recepción. El agua olía terrible (a caño), el último día no pudimos bañarnos en el hotel. (fuimos a otro hotel) fueron dos días con esta situación.

I made res with booking it clearly said breakfast included but hotel refused it, supervisor didn't even come out to explain , no phone In my room or it was well hidden, ac couldn't be controlled if we turned off ours the floor would be affected,view was very nice but I would never stay there again

All the staff members we met were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and menu was different everyday. The location is great, very close to the beach and lot of shops around.

Looks like the facilities need some maintenance, doors, taps and floor are in poor conditions. The restaurant is spacious and the food was lovely, but unfortunately the experience is spoiled because is extremely hot in there, there is not air conditioning in common areas.
