-non alcohol drinks are limited -juices are not fresh ( powder/ tang ) -fresh juice with extra charge (40 l.e ) -coffee machines except the one in the reception are filled with low quality (milk-coffee ) -animation team need to interact more with the guests ( however they are personally nice ) -medical facilities need more improvements ( in case of emergency hospital must be closer to the hotel not (70km) far )

Everything is great, Mr Mohammed at reception was very helpful and easy to collaborate

Our rooms were closed before doing check out, which take about 30 min to reopen

1- The food variety was poor, the quality was bad, and the snack time was limited and very cheap for a 5 star hotel 2- The beach was poor although a part of it was named the coral beach 3- Treatment of Egyptian guests is totally unacceptable, I reserved a snorkelling trip from your hotel and the trip was cancelled for ridiculuous reasons

Staff was very nice and helpful, animation team they was amazing and food was excellent, it was really quiet, room was clean

AC was not working properly, and there was no water Aqua.

pool bar, beachfront, disco and night life activities were nice

no tissues in the room, only 1 toilet roll half used. no proper shampoo or shower gel, instead a dispenser generating a very bad washing liquid that destroys the hair. hotel confirmed online that they will do their best to provide sea view rooms on ground floor and I paid extra based on this confirmation..after arriving only to discover there're no sea view rooms on ground floor and no refund will be given for price difference

The large number of children turned the resort into a children's amusement park..It became difficult for Couples to enjoy.. The restaurant is always crowded...

I like the beach , Obama's coffe and the way he do his work with a smile he is in love with what he is doing! I like the pool especially the adult one. The staff was nice but not all of them some of them are frustrated from the guests but I can understand as the number of guests were unbearable long line infront of every bar and every single thing you need and only one man can help you in the bars which is not enough at all.

I did not like the food and the hotel recieve guests more than the capacity that it can bear as if you need anything even a plate go stand in a long line to get what you want, The food was very poor in variety And the dessert is the same everyday and very poor also There was a bad smell from the bathroom as if it needs some repair or something Also the beach bathroom is always unclean.
