Hotel is good, we stayed in an unrenovated room which was older and tired, stains on walls, cabinets old and marked, dirty behind cabinets/beds, linen on bed sometimes stained (old blood stains), curtains stains, as the hotel staff explained (and they were EXCELLENT) the rooms are being progressively upgraded and the location is super convenient for quick access to beach/shopping/eating in Legian and Kuta.

As above, room was old/tired/dated but beds super comfortable and cleanliness could be better at times.

●Air con broke with two days to go, were not offered a different room nor did they tried to fix it. ●Reserved a pool view room but were infront of the building wall. ●Kettle provided, no where to plug it in. Sockets available meant the kettle dangled from the wall. ●Big gaps in doors allow mozzies in.

I have booked a room for three people, three adults, and when we arrived there they gave us a room with one queen bed at first. After I complained, they gave us another room, this time with two small beds. None of those rooms can fit three adults, and that is what we payed for. They were asking for extra change to add another bed, which wouldn’t be a problem if that was mentioned in the room description. The manager even said that the beds look bigger on the picture, so complete false advertising. They were trying to explain to me how you can fit even more than three people in those beds (!?!?!) Anyway, the next day we talked to one and only nice person that was working at the front desk in the afternoon and she told us that we can use the pool and towels and shower before we leave by the pool, because our flight was later that night. When we asked for towels and shower to the same people that worked the previous night, the ones that wouldn’t help us with the extra bed in an empty hotel, they told us we can’t use it and the manager went and turned off the water to make sure we don’t try to use it!!!! Other than that one nice girl, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional and the hotel itself is nothing special, a lot of moisture in the room and not very clean.

great location without paying premium. 3 mins to the beach. restaurants and stores are close by. yet it is an isolated location so it is quite quiet at night. good old hotel. I paid special price for my stay because it was under renovation but everything was enough for the stay and comfortable. staff was nice and friendly. security 24/7.

love the pool and location but knew this as we have previously stayed here and love it.

that we were not notified till the first morning that we did not have breakfast available as it the restaurant was under renovations. we did pick to stay here as we always like to have breakfast before heading out for the day. we paid extraordinary the breakfast but did not have our cost adjusted to suit NOT available. which was a disappointment

Nice pool area. Comfy beds, close to the beach. Clean. Good AC.

The bathroom was terrible. Rusty bathtub and shower curtain, impossible to have a shower without squatting in the bath tub due to broken shower hose and very low water pressure on 3rd floor. Only 1 light in the room worked as lightbulbs were either missing or broken. Broken sharp tile on the floor, but the staff did fill this with putty after I told them it was dangerous and had cut my foot walking on the floor. Staff demanded payment of full stay duration in cash upon check in before even getting into room. Card machine not working so cash only payment. There’s building work on some rooms so noisy power tools during the day when trying to enjoy balcony or when the sun is on the pool. However I suppose it’s good that they are making some improvements to the rooms. The management really should inspect rooms before checking guests in to ensure light bulbs are working and there’s nothing sharp on any floors as a minimum. If they did some basic maintenance this place would be really great and good value for money.

I had a wonderful experience in Fourteen Roses Hotel Beach Hotel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was supportive. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bali.

The room AC was not enough cooling felt us little discomfort.

Warm welcoming from staff. Good value for money. Great location. Room service everyday.

it seemed that the hotel is still getting back to normal after COVID. a bit run down. give breakfast a miss

it’s was a very nice property with nice staff but none of the phones worked, the restaurant was closed… no food or drinks served and the pool closes at night.

Good location

The room wasn't as advertised, the TV is from the 90s, the air conditioner doesn't get cold, the fridge was broken and put water all over the floor. The place hasn't had a deep clean for many years with everything stained.
