They change our room Twice and the all arrangements was not working well.
Plus they take deposits for keys without say it before.
The bed was not clean at all.

The rooms are spacious and the pool area is great too. It doesn't get super crowded as it's more of a family place, so it's perfect to relax a bit and enjoy the island.
The old lady - I suppose she's the owner - can be a bit unfriendly, but other than that, the stay was good. The AC doesn't get cool enough either, so I'd suggest either changing them or allowing guests to keep them on, so when we get back from the street, it's not UNBREABLE hot in the room for sleep, work, etc.

good location, nearby ferry port, shops and restaurants around nice swimming pool, clean and tidy room, nice people at reception, but to explore Island I would recommend just rent a scooter 🛵 before you come one the island or in first day, is not easy to get taxi 👌🏻

Big room with a comfy bed. Very clean and quiet. The balcony and big windows are nice although not good for privacy as you can see on other people room and they can see you too.
The swimming is really nice and relaxing.
Restaurants and shops around but is better if you get a scooter.

Room was very very clean and spacious. Perfect location with 7-eleven 100m from the hotel and the rest of the main market as well on walking distance. 20 minute walk to Thongsala pier for ferry back. Pool very clean and nice temperature of the water.

The pool is lovely we had it to ourselves most days. The room was lovely and clean, got new towels and bottles of water everyday and the staff were so friendly

We liked the pool and used that everyday. It was easy to walk into town and go to the night Market. The beds were very comfy and the staff very friendly.

hotel in the center, close to the main places to eat. this is not the first time I have lived here so it means that hotel is not bad.
the reception is not very pleasant (this does not affect the room managers - they worked very neatly). there were no offers to pick it up from the port or take it away (took it for the money, even though we stayed at the hotel for two weeks and really deserved to be taken away). it is not far to the port and when the hotel asks for money, such as taxi drivers, it spoils its value a bit. The shower holder was broken and nobody fix it two weeks...
