Clean and comfortable

Tv sound was of really bad quality There should be a sofa or some comfortable seat in the room

Big room and bed, Nice breakfast buffet, awesome location in Dazhi, service was great

No mini bar, small snacks, utensils, or bottle opener in the room? (We asked housekeeping for the last 2 and some extra water though, and they helped us out with those right away)

Location and the Sky room 💯

Breakfast was ok . Location was great and very convenient to get around . Close to the malls and the train station.

There were cover charges for drinks at the Roof top bar - I think the charges should not apply to hotel guests. We had to pay for wifi which i thought was ridiculous considering all hotels have free wifi. There wasn't much choice of restaurants and food in the hotel - for a 5 star hotel i was expecting a bit more. But overall the rooms were big and beds were comfy . The Sky 19 spa was really good and would def recommend it.

Theres no where to lounge. You have to be inside of a resturant to sit anywhere outside of your room

The location of the hotel is in front of a bank which made money exchange easy. The shopping mall with quite a selection of restaurant choices was a plus. The MTR was near. It was easy to get around the different cities without depending on Taxi.

The restaurant Inge’s Bar was somewhat disappointing when they overcooked the steak. While the steak was replaced, it took over 20 minutes by which time my partner already finished her steak.

The room is really clean, comfortable and spacious . The gym is with a spectacular panorama.

No bath products around the bath, need to call the reception. They will come to your room and remove the shower gel battle which was fixed in the shower box. Cleaning lady was eager to clean the room even I mentioned that someone was still sleeping The staffs didn’t know how many stars the hotel is. No restaurants available for the arrival guests if you don’t make a reservation at least 2 days before and the popular restaurant needs one month in advance
