The whole experience was great, We were 8 friends from London. This hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet place, with spectacular views, excellent service as well as its accommodations for all tastes. the people here go above and beyond. Many thank you to Jorge Ivan, Ramiro, Kevin, Manuel, Jenny, Julian and Ana maria. they were some friendly and helpful during our time there. We highly recommended this hotel for a very relax holiday watching the sunset with your own firepit in your room.

The Wifi in the individual rooms is Terrible. They must upgrade the wifi signal to make it stronger. It is impossible to have a Zoom meeting for work. This is a Big problem…

First off, the pictures do not do this property justice. It is SO beautiful. There are views at every corner, many amenities including 2 jacuzzis for use, a pool, sauna, steam room and more. The staff is exceptional, Anna was our receptionist who was very helpful as we know very little spanish. Jorge was our driver and he was so kind and friendly. Breakfast each morning was great— we also ate dinner each night which was great as well! we recommend the Tallarin Saltado. Overall this was an outstanding stay and we would love to come back.

We loved the property and the view from our room. Our bedroom had a balcony with a hammock and a gas fireplace. We wanted to stay longer to enjoy all the amenities. The service spectacular.

beautiful location. great breakfast. lovely room and some staff were amazing

meals beyond breakfast were questionable and not well cooked. this would be okay but there was nowhere else to eat! communication from reception was not proactive. we understand there was a language barrier but we weren’t told basic things. finally there was no hot water.

The property views are gorgeous…the rooms are decorated uniquely, and the main lodge is full of terrific art! Best of all, the staff were efficient and extremely accommodating and kind. We wished we had stayed longer so that we could have enjoyed the spa and pool area. We plan to come back!

What more would you want? Breakfast, lunch and dinner served at your own private cabana! The staff is remarkable catering to every whim. The room was cleaned daily and we had a French press for fresh ground coffee right in our room that was replenished every morning. We will be back. Seriously book here now before the prices go up!

First, i want to respond to a couple other folks who had issue with the road to the resort... Yes, the road here was more of a cow path but typical for rural Colombia i believe. That said, look at where you are! Breathtaking views, private accommodations. It is truly a mountain retreat. What do you expect? A 4 lane highway? It's an elegant resort tucked privately in the mountain side. My only complaint is the amount of hot water for a shower, or rather the lack of... The shower was more than ample and the shower head was a full rain shower for 2. Which was an invitation to stay. Just give us more hot water.... ;-)

the hot water didn’t work very well on demand. the jacuzzi was difficult to turn on and off. and on the last day didn’t work at all. the fire pit didn’t work properly either and we could smell propane leaking.

The scenary is amazing.

The food was tasty buy arrived cold several times.

1. The accomodations was not what was publish on their website, no bathtub, jacuzzi was public , no good por a romantic night, to much noise , the room was close to each other . Other hotel offers for less money better accomodations.
