There was a huge rat in our room when all the doors and windows were closed. The rooms are old, there are holes in door for mosquitoes. There were contruction works outside about which they don’t tell you anything. Because of the rat we didn’t sleep the hole night and we had to change the hotel. We did not get any refund or apology for this, the hotel just screwed us and the manager waa not helpful at all, even did not meet us. Also they are burning waste outside the hotel and you can smell it. But the huge rat which came to our room through the hole in the bathroom - it was the worst thing ever! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good value for money in Phu Quoc with comfortable location to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the main road. Two pools. Good size of the rooms (bungalow like).

- They advertise shuttles to Duong Dong Market and bikes. Both non existing. - The breakfast is very plain, no variety almost. - The shuttle to the beach is a little bit unorganized. - They don’t clean/change towels every day.

Breakfast was nice, changed menu every day, The location is good in a quiet area, very friendly and helpful staffs. But almost the coffee shops and restaurants were closed after Covid Pandemic and the restaurant at the resort serves breakfast only so a bit difficult, take a taxi go to the center is the only way and costs a lot money for it

The staff were nice, and the room was quite good but this place doesn’t really deserve a 4 star rating. I suspect it is rather run down post covid. 2 big pools that are very quiet.

It is quite remote, we had to hire scooters to get around since the beach in this area is not very nice. Lots of rubbish. They don’t serve food or drinks except at meal times and the food was not suitable for vegans, so we had to go elsewhere to eat. We ended up moving to Long beach which was so much better

Really beautiful resort. Pool is great. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The area is quiet peaceful

Everything was great

I liked a lot the tropical garden of the resort. Everything is clean and the staff takes care of every aspect. Also the breakfast is very good (included fresh fruits and fresh juices every day) and I also recived some vegan food when asked. The beach is close and it is not crowded at all. It also has a massage nice spot and a fresh juices spot (the resort has a private part for its tourists).

We liked very much the resort.

- The location is great, if you want some quiet and peaceful place to stay. - The Ong Lang Beach is a few hundred meters away and is not crowded and super nice to chill. - The staff is always friendly and willing to help - The clean the areas constantly throughout the day - Two pools!

We had no dislikes
