I had a child size single bed that was rock hard told the staff nothing was resolved

Gothic feel, cosy, different from the standard hotel feel and layout. I also liked the selection and amount of teas and coffees and that there was the fridge. It was a lovely room that got a nice bit of sunshine in the morning.

Really confusing set up with breakfast - unsure if it was available to us or not. Note in room saying the village store provides some but all unclear. The lamp next to my bed didn’t work. No shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers. It was also really dusty on the doors and windowsills.

The room was excellent, breakfast was great and Emma and Ben looked after us

Nice hotel and cottage and nice bar

The showers in the cottage have no water pressure and temperature control so very hard to get a shower

It was in a convenient location for my needs to visit a friend Staff were friendly and cheerful

Room needs some care and attention - windows rattle in the wind as they are old wooden framed single glass. Bar is not cleaned properly and smells of stale beer which pervades into the residential hallway

The Bed was very wobbly and as the location is a drive away from Hereford it would have been nice to have been able to have food there, mainly in the evening along with a good English Breakfast.

The room was quirky due to the history of the building. room was warm and bed comfortable. The staff were very good

Staff were friendly and attentive, and the property was clean and comfortable.

Rooms were well presented, lovely, spacious , clean. Staff were new, friendly, beer garden was nice. And not too far from city. Was visiting family in hospital and arrived back later, so staff kindly heated ip my takeaway food, whi h hained helpful points.

No breakfast or working kitchen. My son locked himself out of room by mistake, no spare key, luckily the bedroom window was open, staff managed to gain ladder from locals but was made to feel we had put them out, what hotel doesn't have spare keys or master key. Last orders at 10pm. Suddenly at 10:55pm woken by music blaring, had to go downstairs at and ask the bar staff to turn their music down. As they had decided to pump up the music loudly whilst cashing up, right underneath our room, felt unprofessional and probably lack of experience. So hope they learn from this due to being new team. Curtain was half hanging off, looked untidy and rushed and music system in bar rubbish, would expect this yo be sorted before opening the hotel. But understand about the no food as yet whilst they employ

Bath mat for shower....hand towel in bathroom and shower needs the grouting cleaning bleaching near tray.

I liked how clean the hotel was,friendly staff on check in.

The hotel in itself was beautiful but on check out there wasn't a single staff member to be seen,we would have loved breakfast before leaving but unfortunately the hotel was empty and. No instruction on arrival the night before about how to book if we wanted to. There was no milk to even have a cup of coffee in the room before leaving which all other hotels we've stayed at have had this.

This Guest house is ideal for those who prefer staying in a property with character.

The Guest house was seriously understaffed with the Manager appearing to be the only person running the it. Our room was not cleaned etc the day after we arrived but was done in subsequent days. He did an very good job sorting out any problems which arose due to the shortage of support staff, having to carry out the additional duties of Cleaner, Chef and Barman. We also drew his attention to the black mould in the grouting between the tiles in the shower cubicles.

after attending I can say I liked nothing about it

it was dirty, I didn’t get what I paid for and had little choice but to pay for an upgrade. the upgrade was worse. booking.Com should have a duty of care to inspect these places they advertise. it was unsafe, dirty and unhygienic. it should be taken off booking.Com

Pizza and bar area was really welcoming and nice

food offering was very limited , but there was only 1 staff member on to do everything …
