Convenient location and parking. Good breakfast spread. Nice and helpful staff
Even though booked for 3 people, there were only 2 beds. Had to ask for the additional one and pay for it separately. Could be booking.com issue

Aircond problem Not functioning in all 3 rooms. Changed suites 3 times & still not able to sleep due to room temperature was very hot

They are kind enough to let us to check in 1 hour earlier. Bfast was good too. Room was cozy and comfortable

The hotel is beautiful, It was a pleasant stay, the staff are great and helpful. Breakfast is ok, not premium but good enough for what you paid for. Good coffee machine too.

The location is a walking distance to Hang Tuah Mall/Street and tourist attractions.
Cleanliness is a bit out - someone kid scribbled the room's wall. Shower walls need scrubbing. Swimming pools need cleaning-lots of birds drops

The location is nice, restaurants and other shops are located nearby. Staff are very intuitive attending our needs, the bed are very comfy and for Muslim, they are providing prayer mat in the room. The breakfast is good, they have local and western delicacies to choose from
Television signal is not clear as sometimes we didn’t get clear pictures of the channel. And during our breakfast, we found ants roaming on the desk, better not left our foods long time on the desk

the location is great, in the heart of the city, staff were super friendly, room was very clean.
the swimming pool is a bit small and a bit rundown. nobody manning the entrance of the swimming area. towel were not enough.
