Simple and comfortable, nice restaurant by the river, friendly staff.

Fairly dissapointing. There were still hairs in the sink and on the ground, trashcan was not emptied and there were stains in the bedding. The aircon broke in the middle of the night and started dripping water. Only after my fifth call did someone pick up. Took one look at the aircon and gave me another room, which gave me the feeling this happened before. Airport shuttles go once an hour and it's a 20 min drive.

The entire experience was incredible! I chose this hotel because of its free shuttle bus service and reasonable price. Finding someone who organizes the bus was simple; the hotel provided detailed instructions. The waiting time was specified in the instructions as 25 minutes, so I knew what to expect. The trip to the hotel took about 10-15 minutes. Staff was very nice, and check-in was quick. I was given a lovely room on the ground floor with glass doors, which was fine because the area is very quiet. The bed was comfortable (not a typicall Asian bed). The water was hot. What more does a tired traveller require after a long flight? Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary. But, c'mon! I was content with whatever was available for the price I paid. It kept me running for a while until I found a restaurant that served the type of food I enjoy. The outdoor setting is lovely, with a nice swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this place as a fantastic budget option for one night before traveling somewhere else.

The room had a few mosquitos, so I used repellent and slept soundly. Because many reviews mentioned a lack of soap and slippers, I brought my own (which I usually do anyway when I travel in Asia). A bed cover was torn but still clear. Curtains do not block out light, so if you don't want to be woken up in the morning, bring a sleeping mask. Overall, these minor issues did not detract from my enjoyable stay.

Close to the airport, tranafer to the airport right on time, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Quite messy on the floor, full of hair both in the room and in the corridor. The address mentioned on the booking.com page is wrong, so we had to take two different taxis to reach the hotel. Apart from that, all good.

Easy access from the airport, nice location near a small night market and canal, good price for a room with use of a pool and breakfast included. TV was old but had more channels than other hotels near the airport. Check in and check out we're easy. Breakfast was simple but adequate with a nice environment near the canal. The pool area and garden were peaceful.

The pillows were too thick to be comfortable, the pool was a bit chilly (in the shade in the afternoon).

I've stayed here 5 or so times, everything has always been very good. Short very good shuttle service, always on time. There are a 711 and Big C very close by with a bonus night market for food, clothing etc. Great value overall.

Communication with hotel was fast and simple. They responded quickly to questions. Whilst there staff helpful and accommodating.

The room was very comfortable. The pool was great and not crowded. Plus i love the oineapple fried rice here :)
