The hosts, Keith and Roz are lovely people, the place is exceptionally clean and situated in the heart of Newquay with Lidl and Tesco just 5 minutes away. The railway and bus stations no more than a 10 minute walk with transport links to lots of towns and villages for a day out. The beaches and the harbour in Newquay are beautiful and all very close by. I don't do breakfast myself but another guest said hers was excellent. Five stars from me, thank you.

Room W/ ensuite were clean and cosy with plenty of space. Hosts were delightful, very welcoming. Highly reccomend.

Lovely guesthouse in middle of Newquay town, easy to walk anywhere. I had the top room (single) which was bright, quiet, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, you can pick a full English or any other type of hot food. Also a good selection of cereal and yoghurts. Very friendly and accommodating owners.

Water pressure in my shower was quite low but I reckon it’s because I was on the top floor.

Placed right in the centre of Newquay. I booked the small cheapest single room. It was small but had TV, tea/coffee facilities and a small ensuite. I couldn't fault the room at all. The shower was electric and worked great, probably the best shower I've had all summer while staying away. The hosts were very warm and welcoming, and we chatted every morning over breakfast, which was also very good. I had cereal followed by a full english and toast, which again, I could not fault. If I stay in the area again I will definitely check to see if this place is available first.

This was the second time I have stayed at this lovely B & B and it was the same high standards as before. Ros the owner is such a delightful lady and makes you feel so welcome. The standard of cleanliness is impeccable and is probably the cleanest B & B I have ever stayed at. Lovely comfortable room with ensuite. There is also a small fridge, hairdryer and kettle with tea & coffee items. Included in the price is a superb freshly cooked breakfast of choice. It's in a great location just minutes from the bus stop and shops and also the lovely beaches. This is a really lovely place to stay and is highly recommended.
