Nice hotel In a very cozy town and extremely well located

A lot of problems with the booking eg. number of rooms, reservations, checking in, communication with staff - their ability to make it smooth and easy. I ordered 7 rooms via booking.com and I feel they were disappointed that I ordered that way instead of ordering directly through the hotel. I’m addition, I specifically asked if dogs were allowed. I got the reply that they were welcome in the room and breakfast restaurant. But when I came to breakfast the dog was not allowed, and the waitress said that it was probably because an intern had answered my email. I was absolutely not impressed with that.

A very nice stay. We love this quiet little town on Lake Lucerne. It is truly a gem when visiting this area. The view of the lake is unbeatable from this hotel with very easy access to swimming in the lake. The hotel is very nice, very clean, excellent staff and wonderful food. Highly recommended if you want to visit Lucerne but don’t want tot stay in the busy city.

Hotel smelled of fried food - Kitchen smells throughout the main rooms. Hotel rather tired.

A perfect location and a very spacious deluxe room. The lake view is amazing.

The minibar in the room was not cooling enough. There was any amenity kit in the bathroom. I was expecting to have bathrobes for the deluxe room :(

Pool was closed and they didn't mention it, good was really expensive, junior suit room didn't have any specific option, it was too exoensive

Actually I like the restaurant and the Staff was very nice and friendly and helpful I like them restaurant prices was very good and not too expensive.

the room was not that much for the price from my side its to much for the room to pay 230 CHF and it was not comfortable sorry for that. I will not do it again.

Concierge staff not well informed or extra helpful

The location was amazing, the views are spectacular and having the lake next to the hotel is perfect. The restaurant personal was very polite and very helpful and the food was delicious, the breakfast options were very good as well.

The rooms get very very hot and there is not airco, there are ventilators but they are very small ventilators which are not enough for the size of the rooms. Also the pool was dirty, you could notice that the walls of the pools were very dirty, and a part of the floor that looked yellowish.
