Die Lage direkt am See ist wunderbar! Wir haben das Baden im See genossen! Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker.
Wir hatten 3 Zimmer und alle drei waren extrem dreckig ("alter" Staub und Dreck, Spinnweben, Spinnen)! Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls ungepflegt und heruntergekommen! Insgesamt wird in diesem 4* Hotel scheinbar keinerlei Wert auf Sauberkeit und Pflege gelegt! Für über Fr. 2'300.00 für 3 Zimmer und zwei Übernachtungen wirklich ein trauriges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Location with a lake view was excellent and Weggis is not overly busy unlike Luzern. The hotel is ideally located for visiting Mount Rigi which is very much worth the effort. Overall the hotel is good and ideally located on Lake Luzern with great views.
The breakfast choice is limited with no offer of fresh cooking. There were plenty of fruit, cheeses and cold meats etc.
Like the rest of Switzerland, the hotel restaurant was very expensive making a visit very costly.

Very good location, large room, clean.
Breakfast is very basic, car parking is not convenient (has to park across the street and needed to leave car key at reception), pillow is totally uncomfortable (super flat and thin)

It is my fault for not researching this prior but I didn’t realize the hotel wouldn’t have AC. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a fan.

The hotel continues to be outstanding. We have returned several times over many years and the quality is always of the highest order : welcoming and professional staff,; clean; extensive and varied breakfast of high quality dishes ; delicious dining in the restaurant; etc...
The location on the lake provides the hotel with a unique advantage in terms of terrace dining as well as garden relaxing with a heated outside pool.
The lake and mountain views are wonderful.
It is always difficult to leave !

Very service oriented hotel. Dog friendly. The restaurant was outstanding for dinner. Be sure to book the restaurant, it might be the best part of the hotel. Views are spectacular.
Beds could be a bit bigger. If the beds were bigger we would come more often.

The location is stunning and very convenient for the ferry. Direct access to swim in the lake and eat dinner on the edge of the lake was wonderful. The views from the lake facing rooms are amazing.
The hotel needs modernising. The rooms were more modern than the rest of the hotel but investment in access to the lake and the pool and sauna area is required, and the communal areas feel dated.

The view was simply amazing. The room was really good (but air con would have helped at night). Breakfast was 7/10.
The reception and cleaning staff were excellent, as was the young female waitress in the restaurant. However, we felt that the rest of the restaurant staff did not really match up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.

the location right in the lakeside with the dinning terrace being a highlight
mountain view rooms back into the road which can be noisy early morning. there was a heatwave during our stay meaning windows were open which did not help with noise. however this did not detract from a memorable stay.

We just had two absolutely wonderful days in a room with a breathtaking view and two excellent dinner. The staff is very welcoming and the hotel itself is both romantic and cosy.

although the weather forecast was not good for Rigi, but the receptionist told us there will be sunshine up there. It was so foggy and we cannot see anything at all.

The staff was absolutely superb! Most welcoming and highly accommodating! The meals in the restaurant were absolutely superb! I had a wonderful room with a veranda directly overlooking the lake.
I wish my room had a bathtub but even with only a shower it was perfectly okay.
