Convenient location for visiting different parts of the city. Friendly and helpful staff. 25 hour general store across the road is very handy.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, We do not smoke, but chose a smoking room because it was larger in size. The bathroom was very functional, and the shower was safe and easy to use. We loved the view from our window. The hotel location was very close to where we had to join a tour group. We were able to walk from this hotel to that hotel. This is why I chose this hotel.

We did find the mattress very firm, and the pillow very different with a gravelly feel on one side. We did however, sleep very well.

The building (skyscraper) and the hotel lobby were very charming. The room was really spacious (and not just by Japanese standards). The view from the room was worth the stay (jus for that). Soap, shampoo, hair dryer, safe, kettle, shoe horn, pajamas were available in the room. A toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. were available in the hall. The location is convenient for reaching all the main points of Tokyo (which, having no real center, requires some compromise).

It's a pity the decor (both the furniture and the bathroom) of the room was old and little badly maintained. There was no adapter for European plugs (unlike some other hotels I stayed in during my trip to Japan) - not a big deal, if you have the power adapter.

It's clean and comfortable. Service is good.

Not very soundproof, the room light is a bit dark

The hotel is located in a great location with family mart on the opposite side. A couple of coffee shops and reatraunts around. Metro is available all around, 3min to 15min walking for connectivity. The beds were super comfy. The room is of good size and extremely clean. A currency exchange machine is also located in the lonby.

The room wasn’t as clean as other times I’ve stayed there so I was a bit disappointed. There were trainees checking me in at front desk and it took much longer than in the past.

Confidently located to train stations whilst being in a slightly quieter location. Rooms and well put together and the view was quite nice.

The location is amazing. It's close to a lot of restaurants and two subway stations: Nagatcho Sta. and Akasaka-Mitsuke Sta. There's also a lot of convenience stores nearby. The neighborhood is serene and quiet. It has a nice night view. The staff was also nice.

The first room we got had a malfuntioning airconditioner, but they were quick to give us another room.
