Man ist in einer Finca Selbstversorger, dafür stand in der großzügigen Küche alles was man braucht zur Verfügung. Tomas könnte kein besserer Gastgeber sein. Anruf genügt, wenn man eine Info benötigt. Wenn man über ein paar spanische Sprachkenntnisse verfügt wäre das hilfreich aber es gibt ja Übersetzer auf dem Handy, hat prima geklappt. Die Einweisung in das Angebot der Räume und die verwendbare Technik hat Tomas mit Freude gemacht, man merkt das ihm das Anwesen am Herz liegt. Damit konnten auch wir völlig Stressfrei die Urlaubstage genießen. Der kleine Tip für diejenigen die zum ersten Mal ein Haus mieten, Ankommen, Auto abholen, einkaufen im Supermarkt in Flughafennähe (auch Trinkwasser für Kaffee) und eben das Nötigste. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt womit das Wasser Gewöhnungstemperatur besitzt. Trotz der Temperaturen Mitte November (tagsüber bis 30°C) wollte das mit dem baden, schwimmen nichts werden. Wir haben für die Lage nicht die volle Punktezahl vergeben was bedeuten soll, die Lage ermöglicht viele Ausflüge in die Natur, an die Surfstrände und ist unmittelbar an den verschiedenartigen Lavafeldern gelegen. Das bedeutet weg vom touristischen Einheitsbrei- Hotels und nächtlichen Treiben. Dadurch gibt es auch keinen Laden am Ort. Wir wollten das so und sind nicht das erste Mal auf der Insel. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für das Anwesen ist bei der Belegung mehrerer Personen durchaus angemessen. Für zwei Personen und die Einschränkung des kalten Poolwassers fanden wir den Preis etwas sportlich.

Eigentlich kann man über nichts meckern, ein kleiner Hinweis wo man seine Abfälle entsorgen kann wäre angebracht gewesen. Aus der Grundstücksausfahrt rechts die Straße 200m runter ist die Entsorgungsstelle.

The Villa was exceptional, very peaceful and well equipped. We requested an early check in and late check out, both were agreed. The hosts were very helpful throughout our stay. The pool is fantastic, a little chilly at first, but it was end of March, we used it each day. The BBQ was amazing to cook on, it has a mechanical handle allowing you to raise and lower the grill, no burning the meat on this BBQ! The villa and pool offered total privacy. The village had a adequate supermarket for provisions and there are great restaurants nearby. The location was central to the island and beaches on both coasts reachable in 20 mins. Beautiful location..we will return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

good size villa very private spotlessly clean

had to pay extra £500 because I searched in my name on booking.com but came with partner and my 2 young girls.it’s a 4 bedroom villa I booked and sleeps 8🤷🏼‍♂️real con. I book 4 a year, never had that problem. pool Luvly but not useable unless you are a penguin. dogs next door start barking every morning from 4am. noisy road all day long. very small showers, and small double bed for master

Finca Del Moral is an outstanding property. We picked the home for the location near the La Santa and Famara surf breaks and the spaciousness. We are a family of 5, and the 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths gave our family the space to spread out. The property is a walled compound, accessed by an automatic gate. The house was very secure and quiet. Upon entering the main door, the front entry has both seating and a side table for keys. Off of the entry is a large central room with a pool table. There are two wings off of the pool room, each with 2 bedrooms and a shared bath. The rear of the house contains an additional full bathroom, an open-concept living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked for cooking and dining. We loved the Nespresso coffee maker and the convenience of the washing machine. The outdoor space is exceptional with several conversation areas, chaise lounge chairs, awesome lighting, and a pool. The pool was not usable, as it is not heated and very cold. We used the outdoor grill and enjoyed the option of dining both indoors and outdoors. Our overall experience was outstanding.

There are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have twin beds and the other two bedrooms have full-size beds. The full-sized beds are very small for two people to sleep in. Would have a much preferred a king sized bed in the primary suites.

on a scale from 0 (bad) to 10 (perfect) we would rate Finca del Moral with minimum 12,5 !!! It's an absolute fantastic place with a perfect host.

We had a wonderful stay at the gorgeous Finca del Moral and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The only thing I could think of is the temperature of the water in the swimming pool. The pool is absolutely beautiful and we often felt like jumping in it. However, the water is rather cold in december and we had to think twice :)
