STAFF AT HOTEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY. FOOD IS EXCELLANT

THE STAFF AT THE SPA DID NOTHING FOR MY WIFE OR I. WE GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT WE WRE AT HINDERANCE EXCEPT WHEN THEY TRIED TO SELL OVERPRICED CREAMS ETC BUT WHEN WE WERE NOT INTERESTED THEY JUST IGNORED US.

Boma braai - having to get transported there and back. Not able to use own vehicle - road bad.

Pool area was great. Buffet was great

Glassware used around the pool , a couple of broken glasses , should only use plastic around the pool. Restaurant Patio Floor not kept clean all day. litter not picked up. Being thatch , the rooms are very dark.

Location, pool/bar area, the New Year’s Eve party was the best!!!

Didn’t get the rooms we booked as a family with kids, but we were accommodated in another block. Process took a bit longer with keys that were unable to open the kids room.

The view from the room allowed the opportunity to view game (warthog and elephant) from the balcony. The food was excellent at all meals. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was always kept clean- waiters- towel lady were very helpful. The lifeguard monitored the children well. When there was a problem in another room and water to our room was cut off reception made every effort to keep us informed of repair progress and even offered yo one us to another room if we were too inconvenienced. The game drives were very well organised and were always on time. The variety of game seen on the drives was excellent and the game rangers were well informed and friendly. The snake demonstration was very informative and interesting.

The information about the boma evening having to be reserved was not communicated at check-in so we missed that opportunity. The Wi Fi was intermittent due to us not being informed about the need to use the correct login and password details. We were told at check-in that we could just connect and this worked for a day but then access was poor and it was only after enquiring at reception that we were correctly informed about the process to stay connected.

‎‏The location in relation to the safari is excellent. In addition, we expired BBQ ‏ dinner in the safari, which included a local performance (every Saturday). The meals were varied.

‏The refrigerator in the room did not work well. There is only one game drive (as other places offer two). The cold and warm drinker does not come as part of the meals and needs to pay extra.
