Honestly could not fault this place, it exceeded my expectations and the host was amazing. The room, the view, the jacuzzi, the location, all amazing. I would recommend and I would go back again.

Absolutely nothing, we had a lovely stay

Lovely apartment within walking distance of la Cite and la Bastide. Very comfortable and a glorious view of La Cite.

Nothing much was wrong - perhaps a few more pegs to hang towels and clothes on

The room and its design were comfortable, the bed and the pillows were so comfy. Everything (room, bed, towels, bathroom, kitchen) was very clean and tidy. The views were much better than it seems in the photos, both during the day and at night, the view of the castle was amazing. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, the fridge was big enough and clean. There was a microwave, coffee-maker (with capsules and sugar), kettle, and a toaster. There was a welcoming pack with liquid soap and a sponge for washing the dishes. The balcony is big enough to enjoy the views and for resting or for eating. The jacuzzi was quite big and clean, also you can still see the views while you are in. The Wifi was working quite okay, and easy to connect. The house owner Valérie, welcomed us in the room and explained everything in detail and gave us many recommendations for the city. She speaks English and Spanish very well and it was very comforting as normally it is difficult to find multilingual house owners in France. There was private parking in front of the building which was a bonus. The room has an air conditioner that worked well during our stay. IMPORTANT COMMENT: Before we arrive, we read many of the guest comments and we realized that Valérie really considers and improves them. For example; the jacuzzi's filling time is around 45-60 mins but in the comments, it was said that it may take up to 4 hours. Before it was asked to take out your bed-sheets, but Valérie is no longer asking this from the guests. You are only asked to clean your dishes and throw your garbage. Also, she welcomed us waiting in the entrance of the room, so it's no longer needed to go to another point to pick up your keys. During the check-out, she wasn't able to come, and we left the keys to a secured box, so check-in and check-out were so easy.

You can see the views from the bed and from the jacuzzi, however in the Junior Suite that we stayed, when you lay down on the lounge chairs of the balcony, you can hardly see the castle as the front wall of the balcony is not made of glass. If you think that you will spend a lot of time in the balcony, the Executive Suite may be a better option as its balcony wall is made of glass and you can see the castle while you lay down.
