Excellent staff, wonderful room and very good/well priced food in their attached restaurant.

We really like the modern décor of the hotel, its location is perfect to explore Lisbon, complimentary mini bar is a big plus. Stuff was very friendly and check in was very quick. We will definitely to stay here again next time in Lisbon

The location is excellent. The staff were very good and attentive. The breakfast was great. Are out but had the octopus and risotto and if that was an indication the meals will be excellent too.

Location could not be better, within walking distance to many major sights, room was excellent, super bathroom, balcony with view, breakfast very good with hot and cold, staff was superb, special kudos to Nadia

The location was perfect and walkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The welcome gift and goodbye gift was a very thoughtful addition. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. We would come back.

The location was excellent. Many touristic sites are within walking distance. Most of the restaurants that we had booked were also coincidentally within about 10-20 minutes walk away too. Although the hotel was in a busy location, there was no noise or other interruptions inside the room. It was an ideal base for our first visit to Lisbon. There is also free minibar in the room which is replenished daily. We had juice, waters and beer daily. There is complimentary daily tea/coffee available at the restaurant in the afternoon. It is simple self service machine tea/coffees and some pastries.

The hotel location is in a lane which is not reachable by car. Our transport driver parked about a block away and kindly helped us wheel our luggage to the hotel. When leaving we also wheeled our luggage about a block to the road to be picked up by our transport driver. It is not a problem as such but just be aware that vehicles cannot directly reach the hotel.
