-Location is a little further from the centre, but 5 minute walk away from Fürstenried West subway station which is convenient.

I mean, garden view is a stretch. I was in the basement, which was ok, but there was no garden view whatsoever. The faucet in the common bathroom did not work for my whole stay.

It is very good place to have the life of a Munich morning and good to use the subway to downtown.. Love it the their morning breakfast

Breakfast was good. Location was great right near a U-bahn and they had parking. All you could want.

I didn't have breakfast, but the canteen looked nice. Room K3 was underground hence the window didn't provide much light. It was clean and reasonably nice, but the hotel is old and without many amenities. In a room, you'll find a TV, wardrobe, bed, small coffee table, armchair, desk, Internet, a small chiller (3-4 beers), and a free car park. Good for not-demanding travelers who need a place for a night. No SPA, pool, cafeteria, or nearby pubs. U3 Underground station is around 400m away. Also 2-3 convenient stores available.

Underground rooms are depressing (almost no daily light). The toilet outside the room is not convenient. That was the first time I chose such an option. Facilities are clean and kept in proper condition. Also, the ration price/quality is inferior. Almost 100EUR/night is way too much!
